  • Today I'm showing you how to make grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus on the Weber Kettle with the Slow 'N Sear. It's a 2 ingredient recipe that is super easy to make. The prosciutto is naturally oily and salty so by wrapping the asparagus, we don't need to use salt or oil. It's one of my favorite grilled side dishes.

    FFS! Why didn't I see this before I went to the grocery store to get my supper fixins? I walked right past the deli to the produce section to grab asparagus to go with the striploin I picked up. Dammit!

    -Excellent video, Stephen! I've never had asparagus wrapped with meat (usually just evoo, salt, and lime), but this recipe is mouth watering. Will be trying it on the grill soon. Also, excited to transform mayo from "glech" to "mmmm". And yay, I saw my name at the end

      Yes, oven, I mentioned it at the end. High heat or broiler but keep an eye on them

    This looks good and really simple. Too bad my wife and I are not fans of asparagus. Any idea what to sub for the asparagus? (Heirloom carrots are hard to find from where i come from, so i cant use that)

      I hate mayo, I promise it can become something other than just mayo once you fortify it with something else. Some of everyone’s favorite sauces every start out with mayo and most people never know
