I appreciate your sacrifice. A bunch of nits are gonna watch this and continue to just limp/call with AK. Godspeed, sir.
🫡
Truer words could not have been spoken. Love watching people butcher playing AK
At the same time though I don't think ace king is a default all in no matter what the action..
@@michaelbublyflatting with ak is far better than losing thousands drawing dead or to three outs. Pathetic how people shove without having a hand. Ak is a drawing hand yknow. Usually youll miss with it. Just math.
@@uhhmikeblockers and fold equity. playing it like a drawing hand is like turning one of the best hands in poker into 56 suited
Winners Tilt is rarely discussed, you were spot on by recognizing the AK move could be part of it.
Now the next step is to mitigate it however works best for you. An idea to do so could be simple as playing 1-3 only, until you feel you played well, go up a stake, repeat. It will be worth it to repeat until you are back playing the stakes you are rolled for and are excited about playing.
I love when you get into it at the end; It is NEVER easy to accept the loss after doing well. It is like "but I've played well!" Yeah and the cards today said no.
Keep your head up! You are a pro. Ups and Downs happen :D
Why are you still watching?
Laughed several times, as usual, at your laid back subtle sarcasm. There are many others in the vlogosphere. But when it comes to this particular genre, you are, the, BEST.
Oh trust WE’VE all been there smh😢😢😢. My favorite poker vlogger calls that variance. You are still favorable my friend.!!!! ❤❤❤❤
See ya 🎉🎉in Jacksonville!!!!!
AK jam 100% approved
I was just rewatching your old vlogs from the beginning and you just happened to upload now, perfect!
"I didnt come all the way from not even one block over...." 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love the new merch! Looks great. Well done Busi
I didn't just come from one block over........😂😂😂very funny Andrew. Thanks for the new vlog and have a great humpday all.
"I didn't come all the way over from less than one block away.." 😅 Hey those Vegas blocks are LONG.
Pocket K's brings an Ace on the flop.
AK brings junk on the flop 😂🤣
Keep your head up Neeme! You’ve had a great year. I remember talking to you at Caesar’s right after you ran deep in the main event.
You know what Jaman says about AK:
"A premium, unpaired, piece of sh*t" 🤣
Great video, Andrew. Just like investing, when you're down, you want to "zoom out" and see the longer trend. Your run-good will pop back into focus, soon 🙂
No problem with the all in given the situation.
Now you're Professional! DB
New Vlog full of Poker Hands Hype 🚀 🚀 🚀
Big Slick lived up to its name that night. Don't let it get you down.
AK=Anna Kournikova= beautiful to look at, never a winner. It just happens
You will profit in the long run, playing AK aggressive. Don't get discouraged, keep grinding
Oh cool! Montréal and Bestbet Jacksonville
Can’t wait to meet you guys at Playground !!
Ouch. Too bad for the bad luck. Love the new hoodie though. You should bring some to Montreal so we could save on the shipping fee :)
Nice video,,,, you'll get it back
You will enjoy Best Bet. One of the best rooms in Florida
Damn id love to come to the Jacksonville one but cant make a 4 hour drive work on a thursday
Brutal Andrew 💀 ggs❤
Ouch...stay positive Andrew...this too shall soon pass!
Funny, as I was watching the end of the video I was saying winners tilt right before Andrew called it out. When your running hot it’s hard to remember the bad things that can happen.
AK aptly called "Walking to Houston" by the late Doyle Brunson - agggh!
I recall and watched the Gatorade challenge vlog. Been a while, and enjoy it
An OG viewer. 👊🏼
Oh, well ! A losing session , does😢 happen to all of us. I am not happy to see you lose , but keep up the great work with your Vlog. We are behind you 100%. As always, thanks for the fix.
Jen Tilly said it best.. AK is a drawing hand.
Just because a player is willing to CALL very light, doesn't mean they'll take the aggressive route light as well. If all you saw out of the two players you went all in with, with AK, was calling 3b light or a flop with only K high, that no where nears a propensity for them being aggressive light too. They may be the kinda player that just "wants to see a flop" with something they think will crack a big hand, or thinks they have enough back door equity to continue. Until a player shows otherwise (either making a 3b/4b move with iffy cards, or showing the poker knowledge of knowing when to 3b/4b with non nutted hand), a 3b/4b is always strong. At best flipping, at worst way behind.....just like you were these two times.
That second session was a bit deja vu after watching the first
Tough night, sir. Felt like you were playing tournament poker with jamming AK.
Great vlog I’ll be diving into the merch streets here soon to support Busi efforts thank you for sharing the run good and run shit for the realism stop ripping ak flip more sets and I’m sure you will be good oh and go back to texas to play too there is some real goofballs there I hear HaHa
Just coming off a miserable session. Nice to see that someone much much better than me also loses. Thanks for posting
Extra spicy 🌶️
Good Afternoon
I’m gonna need a return of the black FVBR hat Andrew! I’m down to wearing plain black hats as my last one got worn out. Do it!
Hey Andrew, are you going to wpt Cambodia in January?
YOU are actually LUCKY.....!! MANY Poker Players who lose $$ as much as you just did,.....just spent 3 months of their MORTGAGE PAYMENTS RESERVES (and are STUCK for a long time) !!
Just brutal when you build your stack over numerous winning hands - and then the walls come crashing down...twice on solid hands...I'm never high on AK anymore...just never seems to pan out for me...
It just sucks I can't joing WPT GLOBAL from California... for some reason I feel lucky today Andrew, can't explain it I just do. It's been a good day so far. Anyway, go have the time of your life Bud.
Is there a GTO chapter on how to play AK best, from various positions?
See you soon Andrew....
#TinyKris'Revenge
It seems that when you're happy you seem to win more but when you get discouraged you what is more so perhaps you need to chill out when you get to the discouraging points 😉☺️✌️💙
Hey you won that 72k win, all is good
Hi Andrew im watch your videos some time you are one of the best blogger out there. Thank you for all the good work and keep it up. I notice some off the guys at the poker table when they win they make the maximum amount. And they know how to lose the minimum! Which book you recommend to be like this?
Thanks bud. Don't really have any books to recommend. Strongly recommend checking out this training site: upswingpoker.com/aff.php?p=an&w=Lab
Overbetting the nuts and then having them both fold is brutal 😂
Winner's tilt is real
My mother, may she rest in peace always said "even a broken clock is right twice a day"
I love how you said pocket 4s pre flop and then continued to think you had 4s on the flop as if it wasn’t a typo first 😂
Ouch man. I get it though. Just posted losing my biggest pot ever. Does NOT feel good.
Ouch dude that sucks. Ace king hates me. The amount of money I've lost with it over the years is probably more than I've lost with any other hand.
I feel like someone who’s in the mix by cold calling a 3bet with A2s is not the same kind of person necessarily that will 4bet with not butted hands
You're a champion sir. Sometimes it be like that. It sucks but it doesn't mean anything. Next time you'll run a little better and make at least 3x what you lost this time.
It is so very stellar how @andrewneeme likens his horrible -7.5K session to being a victim in #Goodfellas or #Casino. That's when he is, and forever will be the #VlogFather!
I played poker at South Point casino, when I first opened and he was really drunk. The deck couldn't have hit him harder!
UTG 4 betting over a 3 bet and a flat is a very strong play regardless of the player type, I would have tossed AK.
10s has 4 across
Sometimes you get it in good, sometimes not so good, and sometimes you get run down on the river too. Only thing you can do is dust yourself off, check your bank account, and crawl into bed. They'll be another game later, but you don't need to chase money you lost.
Well that's just poker................haha, ...never heard that line before.
"A gut shot to the nuts" - sounds painful.
AK being put on blast, a bit unfairly IMO. I see it more as two cases of cold-decking that coincidentally happened with the same hand on the same day. Either hand by itself wasn't all that remarkable to me, it's more the coincidence element.
That 5 Bet w/ A-K Diamonds wasa strong play dude.. I mean you always play really good man, but that all-in was sick.. Ive learned form you boys to not be results driven, so even though dude had American Air I loved that All-in shove.. always good vids Andrew keep em coming brotha..still wana see you at Talking Stick lol
Woo
Seems to me that AK has lost some of its public appeal now-a-days compared to back in the day. But I can understand vs player types. It's a Love/Hate relationship. But congrats on the 75k score regardless. Safe travels!
Because cash games have gotten progressively deeper over the years, it no longer makes sense to automatically play AK ultra-agressive preflop, except against very loose opponents. If you're playing 2/5 and everyone's got 1500-3k (pretty typical nowadays) getting it in pre with AK is usually suicidal.
Hate when AK keeps running bad -.-
a while back i asked a friend of mine who deals poker, whats the biggest mistake poker players make? he said, overplaying AK...haha...i guess its easy to say after watching this video....youre a lot better than me, im just a rec player so what do i know.....haha...
I don’t get why someone would buy a $7 tshirt with a sticker on it for $36. Like is that how much money people have to spend or is that how little they think and just have the compulsion to buy cause it present in front of their eyes?
Play more PLO bro pleaseee
this is why i always fold AK
Gg
AK = Anna Kournikova. Looks good but hardly wins.
That's pretty funny.
I need help....I am addicted to Neeme vlogs! And there is no therapy that can help me with this issue.
I Invite you Andrew and Brad Owen to play at Lac Leamy
Send the jet sir.
@@AndrewNeeme direct flights Friday and Monday , Ottawa Vegas
I agree. The winner's tilt is a thing. That is...a tendency to over value hands and push harder than need be. It's so easy just to see the flop with AK after a single raised round and take it from there on the basis that poker professional skills can be deployed on later streets. Re-raise with a smaller suited connector instead which better disguises the hand.
I hate AK!
Stop shoving without a pair you wont lose 7+k. Just a thought.
Great video. Please stop playing AK so aggressively. Hand is overrated but what do I know. Cheers!!
What's with all the middle-aged cool kid influencers over-using the word "spicy" lately?
What’s with all the bot accounts with four digits at the end of their username over-posting on every video on RUclips lately?
Neeme is a pro poker player. Influencer...... what a Schmuck you are. Go touch some grass.
Most overrated hand.. AK!!!!
Played awful both sessions
Quit playing AK like they're Aces in a four bet pot. You know better. That $74K you won in Round Rock is burning a hole in your pocket.
AK is pretty good. Almost as good as kings. 😊
