- DSP is the only person who can come clean about something, but also lie spectacularly about something while coming clean. He finally fesses up about playing WWE Champions and that he is, or rather was, Downfromtherafters, but that he had stopped playing because of DA TROLLZ. He also claims he no longer owns the account that still has log on times that match to when he is not streaming. Sure, Jan.

He's admitting he's DownFromTheRafters, nothing else really does matter beyond that. We don't need to see the screen. We've got TJ Gamebox who's been keeping track of the spending and we know it's still him just because of the tips. When Phil has a slow day, DownFromTheRafters has a slow day. Though I do think we've hit the turn for Phil. Now if it's to green pastures or off a cliff, that's story to be determined. But he has made a turn.

Someone will do it. This needs to be escalated somehow and all accounts under his name should be shut down. The goal would be to get some kind of response that Phil has not broken TOS, which would also mean hes 100% LYING about having sold his account.
People sell accounts all the time on different games and services, most people who do this don't make a video and publicly admit it so they can't be tracked.
Like when people buy decked out builds in Diablo through Ebay, it's against Blizzards TOS.
@@wodensthrone5215 I'm well aware. When I googled that, the top page result was a site that literally sells game accounts for real money. Does not mean it is not against a game's ToS, and yes it is not something that can be easily tracked as a sudden change of IP login location can be explained with something like "oh, I moved to a different place and live there now" and the company has no recourse than to either accept that explanation, or to ban the account instead and lose any potential earnings from microtransactions or funds from a monthly subscription fee.
Regardless, it does not mean it is a good idea to do such as a means to make money. If multiple accounts all come from one IP address then all go some some other random IP address, that source IP address will be flagged and likely banned for obviously breaking the game's or company's ToS. The sold accounts will likely not be touched since they are still a source of potential revenue. Also, from what I researched, most ToS's do not state that buying an account is against the ToS, only that selling them is.
Anyways, the point of my comment in the first place was to show that either Phil is making worse lies, or is willfully making a statement that is against a game's ToS. Selling an account once, and only once, generally will not raise any suspicion, so it is a lie that Phil will not see any major repercussion from on Scopely's end since they will profit from either Phil still paying money into the account or the supposed person who bought it.

If he did sell the account, he put himself at risk to losing from being able to play WWE Champions ever again, if he did not, he's at risk from losing his account anyways.
