What is your opinion on the strategy of holding two balls, throwing one high up into the air for the opponent to easily catch (the bait) and then immediately throwing a super fast ball right at them before they can catch the slow high one? I used to try doing that wayyy back in middle school, lol.

It's definitely a strategy, but needs to be done well and timed very well especially on a pro level.
