i play dodgeball all the time in p.e class, when i dodge to my knees, because i’m a softball catcher, i maneuver around really well on my knees,so the amount of times that i’ve been able to throw, go down to my knees, dodge, throw, get back up again, and continue is crazy, i also dive a lot, i dive to catch, and i dive to throw, yes sometimes it doesnt work out, but a lot of times it does, i can pancake and slide around, i usually wear baggy clothes so it catches air and makes it easier to land in my opinion, it a,so makes it easier to slide around, but yeah.
