The spider footsteps are an alert now? That's horrific!
Holy crap, I didn't realize that
1:32:51 The dog asking “you alright” in Larry’s voice was really something 😂
2:13:00 I agree 100%, If you have time to examine the exit you should be able to tell if it is a mimic or not. Even Dark Souls games notorious for being difficult have given all their mimics tells, and trapped chests give you time to escape.
A random FU to the player is not difficult or challenging, it is frustrating.
The moments of wholesome loving goofiness between Jeremy and Kat give me life :]
Jeremy has the chronic illness of looking for loot longer than he should. Lol
Jeremy is armed and dangerous; he will defend his cats!
that part where jeremy was stuck in the ceiling was a whole saga.
Everytime Jeremy screams reminds me of Marv from Home Alone 🤣
His screams are either Marv or R2-D2
I have seen mimic doors make other people's cursors appear as the middle finger. That's the only thing I can confirm
After having seen a few of these videos, it seems to me that the teleporter is really the most useful item you can buy early game. Just being able to basically guarantee retrieving all the bodies is a big boost to the chance of making money.
With the "Flesh Pedestrian" mod, I would be doing Woody string-pull quotes all the time, in the hopes they got used.
I’m so glad he asked why the dial up tone was so loud, I thought I was having flashbacks from middle school. 😂
that spider dono fooled me, gave me shivers I was almost as panicked as jeremy
"its not a verb!" yeah, but it is though...
Man that moment at 2:42:32 of being stuck in the ceiling while trying to not get shot by the Nutcracker was one of the most hilariously scary momments of this stream
I love that with enough people they can try and take the fight to the monsters. Cracks me up every time. And it’s so heroic too!
2:07:00 was one of the best plot twists in modern history.
I am so happy someone else got stuck on the bookshelf XD Happened to me once, and I ended up playing Coilhead Wrangler for my team, had 7 of them all standing below me while I begged for a teleport out. Such a weird, random occurrence.
All praise the poofen
Assets, Great Great Assets.
3:15 i get ya fooya.. 😩
35:45 Ah Jeremy also a man of culture. Lmao
not sure if this is well known or not at this point, but regarding the mimic doors;
Spray painting them seems to make them growl.
You know with a title like that, I am excited
When that last dog calls Jeremy by name.....
Chilled sometimes man I swear…
Got I love this chaotic game 😂
Praise The Dooley
Jeremy! why’d you do that!? LOL 😂
1:15:15 was perfectly timed
Hobo with a shotgun!
I'm not fully certain, but I do believe that I figured out the tell to find out which fire exit door is real and which is fake in that mod.
When did they get the shotgun
Lethal Compnay straight into my veins
I’m sure Jeremy knows by now, but the yellow room doesn’t have anything to do with the bracken. The bracken spawns in a room furthest from the main entrance afaik.
Wait if you put on the mask it doesn’t do the mimic your voice thing?
Was cheesy watching smosh? I know that accent can be found in a few places but my first thought was that RUclips channel.
Oh man watching the braken chase cheesy had me tense
Epic dab
I hope they continue to use the mimic mod, but change the settings to make it so theres some tells. The defualt config has them set to be perfect mimics.
Perfect way to tell is that fake fire exit "wheel" exit is faster than a regular fire exit
Nah, "bad take" is an excellent dismissive reply to some people. People who say shit due to their ignorance, prejudice, or otherwise complete lack of knowledge with absolute unabashed confidence is worth dismissal and belittling.
Ok, is it just me, or does Jeremy’s logo look like Ohio before it fills in?
20:04 22:53 27:41 39:44-40:06 47:08 42:18 48:54 49:10 1:04:00 1:15:18 1:29:36 1:35:19 1:45:39 1:46:36
just wondering if there are edited versions of these videos?
Wait until the "Best of..." video. That's where the 30~ second clips are.
Or watch one of the other people's POV, a lot of them tend to cut their videos down considerably. Personally, I prefer having these longer videos as they are.
@@Obaharsame, I slap them on for long activities like work or gym. Or if I'm just playing another game.
Fast travel isn't necessary, it's a useless casual feature, some of us aren't impatient. Might as well make your game linear if you're gonna undermine the open world by just letting people teleport exactly where they want to go at all times instead of actually *traveling, adventuring, and exploring* to get there. Look at this game: it's got teleporters, but they're physical items and they have tradeoffs, because just opening a map and clicking to go somewhere is boring.
Morrowind was 100x the game Skyrim was for anyone with a modicum of taste or class, and it had no fast travel (teleport and flight spells you could make yourself though, also striders, all 3 way better mechanics than casual fast travel BS because they actually made use of in-universe mechanics instead of using lame 4th wall breaking video gamey features).
Sorry Jeremy, loved you in AH but that guy isn't an idiot, he's 100% right. "Quality of life" means "dumbing it down" 95% of the time. Complexity and difficulty aren't to be feared; if anything they're two rare qualities in games nowadays. Find it hard to believe you're from my generation and yet don't feel this way. Like, I've been playing games for nearly 20 years now and I definitely notice they're getting easier and dumber.
2:23:00 We the RUclips frog community can agree to not use the shorthand term 'bad take' when we mean 'not the best hot take ever but we usually agree with you' if Twitch Streamers can stop using the term 'Content Creator/Creation' when they mean throwing 😋🍹
That rant, at around 2:20:00 is rough. I apologize in advance but this is not a good look at all and it really made me feel the need to speak on it. Okay, you may not like the phrase "Bad Take", I'll agree it's used all too often, but to call the person who said it, when differing from your opinion about games, "idiot" and "moron" while making sure they understand what you mean buy those words is extremely shallow. It's hard to understand intent when it comes to typing rather than speaking, as words and phrases are taken at face value, just what those words mean, no facial, tonal, or cultural context is there to determine thought or emotion. The commenter could very well use "Bad Take" in everyday talk. It's just as easily said by them as "It is what it is" or "It's going" is used by many others in describing their days. We all have default phrases we loop back to in daily conversation. If someone who doesn't know me well ask me how I'm doing and I say "it goes" they would understand my meaning face to face but would probably think I'm being sarcastic or dismissive typed out via text. After reading their apology to you down in these comments I'd say this is a case of that. That commenter is/was a member of your community, a fan, someone who enjoys/enjoyed watching your content. They were probably just commenting on your opinion of older games in text as if you were there face to face with probably zero malicious intent, rather maybe just to say you're missing out or simply they disagree with that opinion. To belittle them just for the sake of what, clout, misunderstanding, or even just to make someone feel bad about themselves, what's the purpose in that if just not to hurt? In today's mental health conscious environment, was this type of rant and lashing really warranted over something so small as a typed comment where no context of the thoughts of the person is imposed? I'm a fan, been following since AH days. You're a good guy. I just think you overjumped this by a lot man. Especially when you've been vocal about mental health and your community has been there to support you, probably including that commenter, when you've needed to take care of yourself. I hope maybe you'll reach out to the commenter and have a conversation. See what they meant and how they meant.
*reads title* There is no was this won't be entertaining. Play the Doom music!
2:23:15 Bethesda is a rather strange example to pick. The game is rather outdated in some areas but quality of life is pretty good for its time. The ui is kinda outdated but thats about it. Skyrim definitely has pain points like combat being rather basic and shallow and the AI of both enemies and allies being really bad, something that also is a massive issue in Starfield. Sucks though, people never really learned internet etiquette.
Internet etiquette? That's an Oxymoron. Don't put a comment out there if you can't handle criticism is the mantra of the Internet. This was a disagreement nothing more.
QoL in Video Games? I remember when.....
why can you not carry keys with you with the teleport you don't arrive naked so thing that are small that can fit in a pocket should be teleported with you if your not holding them at that moment. maybe its a well your skin touching the suit but not the key but then why dose the air tanks teleport with you their out side of the suit just some thing to make keys actually worth carrying with you because you can't sell them and if you get locked in to a room you just hope some one can open it or wait for them to leave you or you just die.
If your girl says she doesn't like engines remove the one from her car and see if her opinion changes
Even dark souls has a tell for its mimics, that modder cringe lol
1:45 shotgun time
As the person who left the "bad take," I'm sorry. I meant no harm as I was just disagreeing with you, I didn't think it would be seen as dismissive, and have since deleted it cause I realized it would just start arguments. But I don't appreciate being called idiot for just having a different opinion then you when it comes to games.
