I just want him to make his own server so he can be happy, and he can invite some of the derp crew to be on it. I've followed him since he and Matt joined RT. I'll probably continue following him until he retires or one of us dies... 🤣
Voice instantly becoming muffled if someone started walking up stairs was annoying on most maps, but it is ridiculous on this map. Feels like you might as well just only talk on walkie talkie or not even bother unless you just stop what you're doing and stand next to each. Add on the fact they haven't fixed the radio bug after it being present for a couple years and I'm sure this will quickly be given the prison treatment of it just not being fun to play on.

I find it interesting hearing Jeremy's workout/diet. I recently got married and when getting my suit tailored the tailor asked if i had a suit that was a size bigger. Thats what started my diet and lost 10lbs before the wedding. (definitely been slacking since but after the honeymoon I will be back on track)

Literally only 35 minutes in but idk if they found it but I believe the map is based off Pointe aux Barques off port hope in Michigan which is also an extremely haunted lighthouse as well.

A little while ago the guy who made Elden ring came out and said “If we wanted everyone to play our game we would have added difficulty options.” To me that just screams “you’re not actually a gamer if you can’t play our game 🤓 “ type gate keeping, which is also the attitude of way too many of the fans (platy being an exception). I feel like it misses the point of the modern day gaming community.
He also said, in that same interview, "I suck at videogames, and had to use every single scrap I found to my advantage to just barely get by in Elden Ring (the only one of his games he's actually played)".
His point is that the Souls-games, including Bloodborne and Elden Ring, are not made for everyone. They're made to be a challenge that everyone has to face on the same playing field, with the sense of accomplishment and knowledge that you've now joined the "I did that!"-club being the reward.
I can see why some people want difficulty settings, but I'm not sure that would align with the spirit of the Souls games. If you remove the difficulty, they'd get boring quick, as the story and lore are genuine nonsense in pretty much all of them.
@@kamikazesopp Thing is, I'd love to play the game, but I cannot. I'd love to talk to friends who also played the game about the lore and story and characters and world, but I'm excluded because I'm not gonna get gud at any point. It sucks because it locks me and many others out of a cool experience.
A casual mode just for people who can't play as well as others would be great. Lock the platinum behind challenges, lock the big rewards up a bit, too. Let us experience the rest of the game that isn't just die over and over, pls.
@@7thlittleleopard7 At that point, why don't you just watch videos instead? I'm sure there's some good lore channels out there to engross yourself in so you can get the entire experience without the struggle. I just don't see why you'd want to play a boss-killing game where the bosses aren't a threat, that's like playing Tetris but only with 2x2 blocks!
"I'm not gonna get gud at any point" - Unless you have a physical disability (of which there are plenty of workarounds available) that just reeks of "I don't want to have to try and learn, I just want to win straight away." and in that case, why not just install an insta-kill mod like people do for things like the Halo:MCC LASO achievements?
@@Obahar There's a big difference between being immersed in a game while playing and enjoying the uncovering of the story, lore, world, exploring, etc and being TOLD what's what by some rando in a video. Like, c'mon now, this is really something you recommend?
Anything to keep ''the unskilled' out, I guess. Like, fuck, does it hurt anyone to have an option for others to play with? No. It doesn't. At fucking all.
I don't have a physical disability, but my hands do ache if I stress-play shit. Clutching at a controller while trying to beat a hard boss wreaks havoc on my hands and sometimes I have to stop playing for hours until I can use them again. Not everyone's hands work well on controllers, bud.
Step off your high horse and stop acting like the game is only boss killing - I've seen friends play enough to know that that's only a small (but significant) part of the game. Easy mode ain't gonna kill your challenge boner.

I'm sorry but i really don't agree with the gatekeeping take, they made a hard game, a hard game that was made to be hard. Its the point of the gameplay. **ALL** Games do not need to be made for everyone, and to except them to be just feels like trying to limit game makers for your own selfishness, like asking a horror game to have a 'don't be scary mode'.
Its just kinda defeats the point of it all.
