Well, I am out of town all this week and the video we had planned to upload tonight had sound issues in some parts. So... my husband called to tell me that bad news and asked me what I thought he should do! Guess what I said??? Yep... "Film a Daddy 'Do!"
This hairstyle is not one we recommend if you are going to be active all day, but for more formal occasions or days when you are just simply going out, walking around, or at church, it is a simple yet very beautiful hairstyle!

The "Twistbacks into Square Knot" tutorial is my husband's creation, and I actually think he did a very good job on it... what do you think? {I am, however, going to have to talk to him about what he's been feeding our kids!}

Items Needed: Brush, rat-tail comb, spray bottle, pomade, 1 large hair elastic, 2-3 small bobby pins, hairspray {if desired}.

I love that you're so supportive of your wife's passion, and involved with your girls. I never knew my dad and would kill to have had him in my life. Not only that, I know many men that are not only dismissive of their wives passions, but aren't very involved with their daughters, because some of the things they are into are "feminine" in nature. It's great that you do it, because your daughters need it, and well...the job needs done! You are awesome and your wife and family are as well!

IKR my mum doesn't do hair either I'm the one doing cool braids on her like French braids waterfalls braided headbands. My sister likes it when I make a French braid on the middle top of her head and braid the rest and put in a ponytail

It is a Granny because both half-knots are the same, but they reverse for the reef (or square) knot. In this case he did "L over R, L over R".
If you were disagreeing because he didn't start with a " R over L", then he didn't do either of them. So what did he tie?

I have watched every video like 10 times lol. and because of your "daddy dos" I came home one night and my husband and actually done in a braid in my daughters hair, it was the cutest thing ever!!! i am impressed.... my dad could never figure out how to do hair... the whole holding the blowdryer in one hand and brushing with the other always confused him... i will say he attempted a braid once... but that didn't go very far... i love how you take care of the fly aways haha... great video
