- At 2:18 is where they start getting into some really cool details about Flight Attendant Crew Scheduling at United. Something interesting we wanted to know is which system employees like better and asked an employee Erin who got to work both Unimatic (sUnited system) and Cosmos (Continental System) which one she preferred to work on? She said that she preferred the Continental system because it was easier to read and use. The whole NOC floor at United Airlines has two sections in each pod, Subsidiary North which is old United Airlines, and Subsidiary South which is Continental Airlines. This part of the tour is the In-flight Crew Scheduling for Continental and United Airlines Flight Attendants. It is very informative and insightful.
This was a great video thank you!
This was part of the Star Mega Do number 2 and United Airlines picked who when on this tour from the group.
HR would have a fit with that tour guide. Allowing someone to record names/salaries. Off topic, was this center outsourced to India?
I did not. RUclips stopped the video for some reason. The rest is under HD Part 2B United Airlines NOC In-Flight Crew Scheduling. Flight Attendants Network Operations Center
How do you find tours like this?
