Besides, there are always economic sanctions and weather modification programs like artificial droughts to harass your opponents. It's all about subterfuge rather than brute strength when you are the leader.
No other country since the end of the Second World War has violated international law so routinely with such barbarism. No other nation has so much blood on its hands from wars, coups, subversions and subterfuges as the United States of America.
