205lbs Fail & Success

  • I know it's not much to many, but I still remember when I could barely handle 95Lbs when I weight 150lbs.
    Then I remember when I could finally handle full plates being 135lbs when I was 160lbs.
    So finally being able to lift 205lbs being 25lbs over my 180lb body weight is a success for me. 😝😅🥰

    hold your breath going down and release gradually while going up

      Seems you are correct. I will have to try it this way. Most don't really discuss breathing, and I learned it just the opposite. Inhale when there's resistance, and exhale when you're releasing the tension. But either way here, one breath wasn't enough. Maybe the correct way will allow me to do it easier lol.
