Big curry lesson here - curries look oily but they are not. When spices and base ingredients are cooked, oil leaves the ingredients and rises to top. And thats whats you see...its not actually oily but I dont know what to call it lol suggestions?
Ya it's natural oil u put that in the fridge it solidifies. Everything is heavier than the oil sinks to the bottom n oil rises to the top. Oil is less dense than water so it rises and stays at the top.

Big curry lesson here - curries look oily but they are not. When spices and base ingredients are cooked, oil leaves the ingredients and rises to top. And thats whats you see...its not actually oily but I dont know what to call it lol suggestions?
The natural fat from veggies or meat i guess!
hope_up _ hope so.. lol you see what I did there.
Ya it's natural oil u put that in the fridge it solidifies. Everything is heavier than the oil sinks to the bottom n oil rises to the top. Oil is less dense than water so it rises and stays at the top.
hope_up _ spices have oil and that's what floats on top along with vegetable oil
India is heaven for food lovers.. so much variety and intense flavours.
You better have good immune system to digest the diversity 😜👍👌
"so innovative they turned vegetables into junk food" hahah that was funny
