Very nice setup! I just ordered my Moken V2 today. Did you use the yak attack adapter for the anchor wizard to work on the track or was it good without them?
Are your footrests upside down. The instructions for my moment and beaver tail show the foot pedals with adjustment rods on the bottom not on the top. Hope I’ve fitted mine the right way
@@Grandpa_RLP gotcha! That's the DOT safety flag since it hangs off the tailgate when I'm transporting it. Most local dealers give them away. (free advertising!)
Its a Stohlquist Squeeze Lock Knife.. coolest part is, with the clip that it comes with, it snaps right into the Feelfree rails but will not come out. You have to remove the end caps to slide the clip off the rail if you ever needed to. Because its a "DIVE" Knife its safe in the salt and will not rust. I have this one on all of my Feelfree (4 years total) and still looks new
Very clever installation of the backing plates. I'll be copying your method in Ireland. 👍

Yes used the adapters to mount
Great video,do you have to be moving for the side scan to work or will it work sitting still?
It will work while not moving.
nice clean work!!

What is that orange thing hanging off the back of the yak?
Its a quick release Para cord bracelet.. I can un-clip and pull the clip end and 100 feet of cordage will quickly come undone.
@@MicroOutdoors That is the thing on the handle. That's cool but I think I was asking about the big orange flag looking thing.

@@MicroOutdoors Okay that makes sense.
I'm thinking about picking one up this weekend, wanted to know how thick and stout is the plastic quality on feel frees?
The keel is just under 3/4" thick. as far as the rest of the kayak, its no thicker or thinner than any other model or brand.
for the ram mount did you just use self tapping screws to put into the top of the sonar pod? or did you use bolts?
self tapping AND a bead of Hot Glue
Can you still adjust the pedal position when the rudder is installed?
Yes you can. If your needing to move them a great deal you can simply readjust the rudder cables, (extra slack in line for just that)
Where did you get that knife on the left rail track
