I have been to Paphos multiple times although not in a number of years. The pavements and lighting were terrible then so it clearly hasn't improved much. Its a lovely place though though hence why i have been so many times.

One of the big issues in Cyprus is that the locals park right across the pavement.

This place was very popular also with the Russian holiday maker's before "Putin's" war, and they are fewer under EU sanctions as long as war continues. But it's a very safe resort and country on the whole, the only serious crime holiday makers are rearly likely to encounter is by others foreign nationals. Yes even the feral cats are harmless!

Just had a bit of a binge catch up after getting back from tenerife.. sad times😢 Cyprus looks very nice mate 👍 bit like blackpool in parts lol, just kidding, never been blackpool but a holidays a nice break from everyday life where ever u go. I'm loving your Paphos updates. Until COVID hit, I'd gone there every winter and loved the place. It's safe, friendly and warmer than Scotland although in December/January it can be hit and miss with rain.
I'm desperate to get back over but think I'll probably wait until 2024 in the hope that most of the construction and roadworks are more or less complete.
Looking forward to reviewing all your informative blogs. Cheers!😊

Tjs fish and chips nxt to memories best fish and chips in paphos lot of streets are dark if you had few drinks you could get a sore one 🙈
