You're one of my favorite miniaturists. I love that you make everything yourself and that you use wood in your builds. I also like making projects this way but I admit that I lack your patience and precision lol Nonetheless, my passion is making miniatures and one day I'll be as good as you. I’m always thrilled when you post something new! You are a Master crafter‼️All was done with excellent skill! I’ve been wanting to make a bird cage & yours is fabulous! One question: is cedar softer than basswood? When you cut it it’s like a kitchen knife through butter❗️Thank you so much❗️Many blessings to you❣️🕊️

To answer your question, I've never made anything using cedar, but I think it's probably softer than basswood. I used cedar for crafts when I was a kid, and I remember it was very easy to cut. I hope this video is helpful to you.
