The vinegar, salt and flour mixture is very handy for getting rid of rust on things that can't just be soaked in a bucket. This kind of lamp is very handy to take on a camping trip. If you fill it with tiki torch oil that has bug repellant, it both keeps the bugs away and gives you light.
