I made your Cream of Potato soup with bacon. I call it Cream of Leek and Potacon Soup. It has been requested now by my BFFs 95-year-old mother, who loves soup. I've been cooking for my family for almost 30 years, and I only learned how to cook mushrooms properly when I started watching your show. I never used stock in my recipes. Now I make my own stock and we use it whenever we need to add a liquid. Thank you for your passion and your simple delivery for us laymen.

I'm sure you are well aware that many franchise kitchens don't take the time and effort to produce dishes from a classical standpoint. They want it quick and efficient. I made this last night for dinner. However, the leftovers the next day were even better. I layered a thick slice of ham, then a slice of mozzarella, then a piece of leftover chicken. Topped with the leftover sauce and more shredded cheese. Put under the broiler until the cheese was bubbly. Tasty. 😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉

I’ve learned a lot about cooking from you but I asked you for one thing for last Christmas which was to see Jack in a video. I made this last night for dinner. However, the leftovers the next day were even better. I layered a thick slice of ham, then a slice of mozzarella, then a piece of leftover chicken. Topped with the leftover sauce and more shredded cheese. Put under the broiler until the cheese was bubbly. Tasty. 😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉

Chef JP, you were too kind. Those potatoes they gave you looked pasty even on video! Cheesecake factory was jumpin' in the 90's! My wife to be and I ate there often and used to enjoy their Chicken Romano dish and cheesecake, of course! Sad to see them decline. Fortunately, I enjoy cooking and can make my own Chicken Romano or Chicken Madeira. Nowadays my wife is disappointed when restaurant dishes don't live up to my own! That's love! 😄
Chef, you’re the best! When I started watching these videos I believe you had less than 100,000 followers. I have a book full of your recipes and even my wife likes them. I’ve learned a lot about cooking from you but I asked you for one thing for last Christmas which was to see Jack in a video. He gets sooooo much better with his production skills, he has so many people watching that production. I’m sure I am not the only one that wants to see Jack take a bow in front of the camera. You both need to keep doing what you’re doing.
