Funny thing is, I first watched the trailer for The Imperfects, but I didn't watch the series and therefore I didn't know the full details such as the main actors. So after I've watched the One Piece live-action, one I consider to be a great show adaptation of the manga, I decided to watch the show for the first time, and so far, every time I see Juan, I call him Luffy.
Gotta say, regardless of how this turns out, it's great to see studios bring in a whole cast of unknowns for their projects. Also goes to show that this is not a series that is entirely reliant on star power. So, call me intrigued. 👍

Plot twist: The evil scientist is actually Dr. Vegapunk. Seriously, though, this trailer is great. I'm looking forward to this. And seeing Inaki Godoy in this gives me more faith in him as Luffy.
While its a bit rough in the begining, the rest of the series it really good. The ending REALLY give me hope of a season 2. So much at stake and was a plot twist too! Overall 8/10

The chupacabra is my favorite off the back definitely gives the werewolf vibe. He would be even more cool if he grow skin between his front limbs and back limb giving him the power of glide. Some stories say the chupacabra has wings, by gliding wings makes the connection.

The design and CGI of the Chupacabras is amazing! I love it! Besides I love that we can see Iñaki act before his big role as Luffy. Btw Iñaki here gives me Beast boy vibes! Like goofy guy who can transform? Yeah in another universe he could play him 💕

This was an extremely fun tv-show. My partner who gets bored easily was glued to the screen the entire time. It reminded me of the good old tv-shows from 2000's, something like Big Wolf on Campus.

Wll it was cancelled (fu Netflix) but in the ending sequence we see Abbie ina. Cocoon and Juan turning chupie again so maybe Abbie is evolving to have a more demonic appearance like maybe fangs or horns or even just a little bit more curvy idk

Just finished it, it was alright. A lot of things were really predictable, other than the last minute twist at the end. They made some odd choices that made certain things very cheesy too (like the Succubus glitter sound effect that I couldn't take seriously) The Chupacabra was my favorite part though, just really upset that Juan basically cheated on his girlfriend by nonstop flirting with Tilda, I felt really bad for Darcy cause she was constantly worried about him and trying to be there for him. Also couldn't stand Juan's brother.
It was part of the reason I had to stop watching midway. Tilda and Juan constantly cheating on their partners who were trying to be supportive to the best of their ability while being avoided and kept in the dark just entirely put me off. I was able to tolerate it up until ep 5. It's an amazing show beyond that but every episode it was being shoved more and more in your face. I couldn't stomach it when we're constantly going back to PJ and Darcy worried sick about them, apologizing and saying they love them right after Tilda and Juan's "moments". It was beginning to make me dislike them when I loved all three so much in the beginning.

A series with potential, held my attention until the last episode, I was very sad to hear about the cancellation and very disappointed with Netflix. The entire cast is absurdly charismatic. I hope that some production company takes this story and provides continuity and a well deserved ending.
The drama revolves around three twenty-somethings who, following an experimental gene therapy, are turned into monsters who band together to hunt down the scientist responsible and force him to make them human again.
@Bzake There is a snippet of the Succubus saying that maybe their abilities aren’t the curse people keep saying they are. So it seems they’ll get to that conclusion eventually. Though the whole not-having-given-consent-to-be-experimented-on is still a huge reason for them to stop the mad scientist guy.
When I saw the name of the show, I was reminded of an old Marvel video game called Rise of The Imperfects. I'm interested in this since it gives me some Umbrella Academy vibes somehow. Netflix, please don't end this series before it has a satisfying ending.

@Netflix, many of us are getting sick of having shows cancelled after 1-2 seasons. It is not worth our time to watch it. Now I won’t start a series until there are already two seasons released.

Interesting TV series. I'd hate to see this show cancelled because it has potential. I mean, it's not like we get to see unusual trios like this. A banshee, a succubus and a chupacabra. I'd give this a shot if haven't seen it, but i am glad i did give it a shot.

Oda so good, He chose the boy who transform into a Chupacabra to be Luffy, foreshadowing that Luffy ate a Zoan Fruit and transforms too.
