Here’s an idea: Print a fake dollar if you’re only planning on cutting it up. Printing fake money is illegal if you’re going to use it to pay for something, but not for crafts. Print a fake dollar, and crumple it to make it less crisp so it looks like a real dollar, and cut that one. What you’re doing here in the video is highly illegal, and there are better ways to get the effect you want that don’t involve breaking the law by defacing a real dollar bill. ❤ Edit: I forgot to say how talented you are! Your nail tech skills are incredible, and the set is gorgeous. Just don’t use real money next time.

It goes from one pocket to the other, and there’s only so much money the government can print legally that has value. This is also why it’s illegal to print fake money and use it for anything but crafts. To cut money and destroy it is making it useless, as well as defacing the state of its worth (or something like that. You’re more than welcome to look it up). This girl should’ve printed an image of a dollar if she was only going to cut it up. That wouldn’t have been illegal.
