With you saying the spots are on one side of your face it can be a sign of your pillow case needing washing more often, like once or twice a week especially those with oily skin. I too have oily skin and found this helped so on the chance of you seeing this just thought I'd mention 💗xx

Hi please like this so Ana can see it so I can help her out with her skin! I've had acne very similar to Ana's for years and it's finally cleared. Yours is definitley hormonal, eating healthy won't change it, just help it so make sure you eat fruit veg, drink water and avoid greasy cheesy food a lot! Go on the pill! Best way to clear hormonal acne, takes a few months but works. Will ony get a few spots every 3/4 weeks. Don't overdo the products on your face! E.g. I wash mine once in the morning with the charchol facial wash, rinse with water and moisturise with simple. In the evening, take off makeup, using the clinique cleansing toner and apply mario bedescu (the one you have) on any spots. Face masks binge your pores! only do them every couple of weeks if you suffer from acne
