For mirrors damp, clean microfiber cloth (preferably the one for glass) is best. Try it out😀If it is difficult to get is stipesfree just wash the mirros using microfiber and water with just a littlebit of dishwasher liquid. It should wash off residues of spray, or whatever you have used on it before. In the bathroom spray is good, just spray from bottom to top, and than wash from top to bottom😀

christina i have a duvet hack!! you hold your duvet cover at each corner INSIDE OUT!! then grab the corners of your comforter and just flip duvet cover over the comforter while standing up. takes 5 seconds and my life is forever changed 😂

There’s also a duvet cover trick/hack where you roll them together and then when it unrolls, it’s inside the cover. There’s a trick to it, but I tested it - it DOES work.

Ever since I first watched you on a TFD episode talking about how you overcame being a shopaholic, I've kept coming back to your page for your content. You have such a great attitude and a very soothing voice to listen to. But mostly, I love the approach you have on all of the things. Definitely feel excited to implement some sort of reset routine with my partner.

Use a squeegee for the mirrors! I also tried the newspaper hack but as you said, not that easy to find on a regular basis. I make sure there's enough water on the mirror before using the squeegee and it always gives me perfect results.

Nice job. I'm actually embracing a new cleaning routine that avoids any housework on the weekends - the total opposite :) As a mom of 2 littles, I'm trying to get it done while they're at school, so weekends are just to enjoy. Different season of life. Best~

I’m dreaming of the day when videos like this include the list of cleaning your partner is doing 🫣😘
especially while we discuss getting paid for your work in latest podcast. ( loving your podcast btw )
I remember when I didn’t mind the extras like this but as you go down the path of life and add in kids, life stress, bigger houses, and other obligations. ( aging parents etc)
I realise it should have been divided it up better from the start.
That’s what I’d tell my younger self.
I do have a hubby who helps clean, ( when I ask) I can’t imagine how much work it would be if he didn’t.

An ex of mine had a trick for a faster way of putting pillow cases on pillows that he got from his grandmother. Turn the pillow case inside out, stick your arms in and then grab the two corners of the pillow. From there, turn the pillow case right side out over the pillow (does that make sense?)--it has greatly sped up my process haha and I share it because after a lot of similar "rage quits" I started using the same technique for putting on my duvet cover. It's hard to explain in words alone, but I hope it helps! Maybe I'll make a demo one of these days. Thanks for your video! I'm excited to clean my house now :)

If money was no object, I think I would start a cleaning business. I love cleaning. Dusting hack, get an air purifier lol. I barely have to dust in rooms where I have an air purifier (for me I have one in the bedroom and my office since that is where I spend the most time. I really like the Coway one. Also, shower cleaning hack, get one of those brushes that hold soap in it fill it with diluted dish soap and a bit of vinegar, and leave it in the shower. When you get in the shower scrub it down, shower as usual, then rinse it off.

Is that the dyson humdinger? I'm looking for a vacuum that's powerful but easy to maneuver

Such a relaxing video :) If you're concerned about the environmental impact of your cleaning supplies, I would avoid getting microfiber cloths for things that don't necessarily need them. Synthetic fibers leech microplastics into our water, so using things like old t shirts that you already have or natural fibers are better in that regard

l only use a quilt no duvet at all on my bed and also use only a bottom sheet and pillow cases and no top sheets because my husband yanks them off the bed purposely and throws them on the floor . so i use only bottom sheets pillow cases and quilt. also this saves a lot of time in making the bed and tearing the items off the bed to wash them .
