I have purchased from local shop 22k chain in the rate of 24k price without making charges and gst. I have also checked purity of same jwellery in karatmeter tanishq and it was purely 22k

Local jewellers put 23or 22karat gold polish on 18karat jewellery. My jewellery also showed 22k in Tanishq /pack/Malabar karat metre. But after melting it was19karat.

Bahut hi sundar collection hai aapke pas Dee. Aur aap bilkul sahi keh rahe hai..gold hamesha brand se hi Lena chahiye. Meri mummy ne local jewellers se itna gold kharida aur wo andar se khokla nikla jab usko sell karne gaye. Bahut nuksaan hua. Maine bhi apni fingers rings melt karwayi taki mai Naya gold le saku..but uski bhi jyada value nahi mili. Tab se maine bhi soch liya ki gold agar lena hai toh Tanishq, Kalyan, caratlane aur Malabar se hi Lena hai, local jewellers se nahi.
Dear aap Ki tarah maine v yehi decision liya hai. Because jis k sath aise hota hai sirf yus ko hi pata hai yea pain.

No it's approx 24.50% in making charges ....... But it's also too expensive ... In normal shops of jewellery we will get same product with less than 13 % making charges ....

Local jewelers claimed to be 24 carat but when I checked on carat metre it was 21 carat..they charged me for 24carat
24 carat mein jewellery nahi banta.
It is always 22k or less
But they claimed 24 carat
