Yes! I just got thru my hardest day after two long weeks of darkness and this had me crying like a baby ! Seeing today in a new light like I just woke up it's strangely a nice feeling !
I had this urge inside of me to bring my hands together, and then you said to grab hands and a I just started to cry. I realized no one loves me more than I love myself.
When I hugged my 5 year old self I was like “😭that little baby right there is going to go through a hard ass life” I was like “you’ll get through this baby I promise” 😭🥺. I loved this so muchh thank youu

My god... I don't know how to explain that clearly... but... as I looked to my young self, I told him that I was proud of him, proud of what he did, and for him to trust me, because he will become much more than he imagines, and then... I hugged him... I bursted into tears, and felt such a huge sense of proudness that it's really hard to convey with words. Thank you a lot for giving me this experience.

Thank you Kenneth. I was moved by this. As a man it is difficult to cry and I had small tears in my eyes. These inner child meditations seem to stir up lots of pain but in the end so much love. I've always struggled with self love, trying to be perfect and chastizing myself more than I would even my worst enemy. It is hard to forgive myself for these thoughts I have identified myself as, which are negative. Of course it is most difficult to see myself in the past or present as beautiful and in the light. I believe the changing opinions of those closest to me when I was growing up "he's too serious" "he's selfish" nobody likes him" blah blah blah. It's incredibly difficult to remember or think of my younger or current self as good despite knowing deep inside I'm light-compassionate,loving, caring, understanding. I've been on a self healing journey for many years despite being in my mid thirties. Lots of suffering I have caused by not knowing how to love and accept myself. Through meditation I am confident I am on my way and I thank you for assisting me with this journey. For anyone who might have taken the time to read this I hope you feel your own love greater each day. Peace and love my brothers and sisters

I i do understand people can act and feel any way they chose to, but to disregard my feels all the time, leave me with a big whole in my heart. I met my older self... and what I realized that’s crazy is I’ve met her in my dreams before. She’s beautiful. All I keep getting from her is love. During the mediation I kept repeating love and I think this is my truest essence. I teared up a bit when I saw all three of us hugging one another. Thank you for this meditation.

When I seen little me I coudnt help but cry I was so happy to hug her and just to tell her she is beautiful and amazing, and will be amazing in anything that she wants to do. What an experience. So many emotions came up during that beautiful experience. I couldn’t stop apologising to my 5 yo self, I kept telling her she is so loved and I felt like no matter how much I hugged her, touched her face and looked into her eyes, It still wasn’t adequate enough to show her just how much love there was for her. My older self was just so confident and kind and constantly had a beautiful smile on her face, her energy was so playful and fun. This meditation came at the exact moment I needed it most. Even sitting here afterwards I can still feel the energy coursing through my body. Something I have never experienced before. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that you have shared this. When I seen little me I coudnt help but cry I was so happy to hug her and just to tell her she is beautiful and amazing, and will be amazing in anything that she wants to do. That was a very powerful moment because I was little when I lost my confidence so to go back and have the opportunity to heal her was much needed! Thank you #Awaken 😌

What an experience. So many emotions came up during that beautiful experience. I couldn’t stop apologising to my 5 yo self, I kept telling her she is so loved and I felt like no matter how much I hugged her, touched her face and looked into her eyes, It still wasn’t adequate enough to show her just how much love there was for her.
My older self was just so confident and kind and constantly had a beautiful smile on her face, her energy was so playful and fun.
This meditation came at the exact moment I needed it most. Even sitting here afterwards I can still feel the energy coursing through my body. Something I have never experienced before.
I cannot tell you how grateful I am that you have shared this. Thank you 🙏🏼

My tears flowing after I hugged the little me. I was wearing a small cute dress with two braids and smilling at myself. I hugged myself and I feel so Relieve ...i realised all these things happening around me is not permanent, they are just temporary. I should let go bitter things , keep smiling and be relax just like how I used to be when I was 6 years old.
