Nice Video. Feel like travelling with you as you cover the stations & other trains in detail. Some observations: Kerala coast seems to be more blessed with nature as well as lush green and blue waterbodies when compared with Goan & Konkan Coast till Mumbai. More dry & brown. The infrastructure of the railway stations in Konkan Railway as well its maintenance seems very bad. The sections under SR till Mangaluru Jn have stations with beautiful platforms, having proper shelters, lifts , lighting, shops etc. Also all well painted, spic & span. The platforms under Konkan Raikway doesn’t seem to have proper shelters, broken and mud covered surface, no lifts/ escalators etc. Even the stations in the section from Panvel to Mumbai LTT too doesn’t look beautiful & maintained like the section under Southern Railway
because it is kerala ...where there is one prominent line to connect the whole of kerala from north tip to south and divisional officers are crazy with the timetable that is always a back pain
There is nothing much speed difference, because both WDP 4D and WAP 7 are capable to run 130kmph speed.Only plus point is railways were able to save diesel fuel being a very long distance train.
