I have that Frankenstein book!!! I bought it as a scratch and dent from Bookoutlet and sadly it didn't come with the lovely dust jacket but the inside is gorgeous!

That Gris Grimly edition of Frankenstein is amazing! We had to study Frankenstein for my ALEVEL class when I was in 6th form and I just couldn't get in to the story. I've tried to read it about 4 times after leaving as well but it wasn't until I bought that edition that I actually enjoyed it! Can't wait for the Iron Trial. You got loads of great books!

I've read the mortal instruments and the infernal devices. The shadow hunter fandom is large from what I know. I don't know, but its my favorite book series. I can't wait for TDA to come out next year!
OMG YES JESSE! You have to read Zodiac! It's very underrated I know but I promise you, it's extremely good! The world building is amazing and it's one of my favorite books. (And yes, it's House Cancer. It makes sense)
Jesse we are in the same boat. I have not read the Throne of Glass what so ever but I know I will probably love it once I do. And buying a book just because author is a friend of your favorite author isn't bad. You're just showing more support to YA authors :)
You can definitely read The Infernal Devices and not The Mortal Instruments. Cassandra Clare did a good job explaining the shadowhunter world on both series that you will fully understand it, plus they take place in completely different time periods. The Mortal Instruments is really good though :)

I'm reading it right now and I LOOOOVEEEE it (yes that much) :) I know you loved The Perks Of Being A Wallflower and this book reminds me of perks very very much. Don't hate me but i think i actually prefer it over perks and that says a lot because i loved that book.

Sinner is a spin off, the main characters in it are side characters in Shiver, it should be fine :)
