Mayani my advice to you is lose any friends that are using drugs ,even if its smoking spliffs ,because you need full focus and dont need to be using anything. You have addictive nature ,so its best if you keep company with people that dont use . Ok 😊
Sorry to hear about your struggles during your childhood without the guidance of your parents and family, life was hard but you have learned through experiences good, bad and ugly, choose your friends wisely and don't go back to crime, jail and the use of drugs. Why do you still need to use one cigarette a day? you know it all adds up and it is a waste of money which you could be using towards something else, in the long term drugs affect your body and cause a lot of damage to it.
