There's no doubt that this Wilbur hart's group is better,William ' s voice and some of his song writing ability thrilled the soul music world,Wilbur was doing a lot of important things behind the scene then, those efforts can be now seen in his delphonics plus the falsetto is good.

After reading most of the comments, I don't see any comments about Dr. Salaam Love and Joe Blanch, of this Delfonics group, I only see comments about the two brothers, William and Wilbert Hart, all of them are awesome together, they all contribute to the sound of the Delfonics.
Respectfully, the sound of the delfonics was created in 1966 with myself and my brother William Hart and Randy Cain. Salaam and Joe do a great job of keeping the sound fresh but the sound was already created. That being said, I get what you are saying. they both do their part to help me maintain the original sound.
Truth Mr Hart! And you guys still are the best vocal group of all time. Your songs are so beautiful. You have great writers and producers

Their acapella harmonies are "off". But the rest of the performance was dead on it 100%. Wilbert's group alwzys out performs Pugie's group.

Delfonics were my favorites in the 70s. Wilbert’s group more captures the spirit of the true Delfonics. William’s voice is changed and has lost that magic. He should get real just like the original leader of the group of Black Ivory, who turned the lead duties over to his group member because he could not do it with any justice anymore. But don’t get me wrong. This lead doesn’t touch Wilbert in his day.
Yeah sometimes you have to face the truth i saw Wilberts group back in 1998 back when eban brown was the and I saw Williams group in 2008 and Williams voice was gone they had to change the songs keys because Williams voice can't do them the way originally was i m glad Leroy Burgess of black ivory let the other group member Stuart Bascom do his parts sometimes you have to step back or step down and let someone else take over
Wilbert vocals were fantastic during those days? but he should think more of the group? he just cant hit those notes any more? Will Hart has the right idea? he thought of the group name before himself? and this is why Will Harts Del phonics are so much better than Wilbert.

Nope ... Williams group is better although this lead singer is good, he is not the original. I think that the whole thing of Wil Hart's Delphonics is misleading ... Let's call it what it is ... Wilbert Hart's Delphonics ...
It's "the sound" that the people are looking for! Not ego or any of those other irrelevant things. William and Wilbert are brothers...and I hope both or which ever one has the ego or pride problem gets it in check so we (the fans) can see a happy ending to their story!
