Last year I was in Kyiv and Mykolaiv where I found a restaurant called MAFIA. Tattoo-armed chefs were making something with rice, perhaps they were sushi in their definition. And those dishes were served by tattoo-armed waiters. Your filming in Tokyo is great. I wish if you could start a Russian language series for English speakers.

When I saw the title I (wrongly) assumed it was going to be of a kaitenzushi restaurant (where one just lifts off of the conveyor something that is wanted as it goes by).

Unexpected gastronomic combinations 😅 I read that first conveyor belt sushi bars appeared in the 1950s & became part of the continued fast rhythm of development raised by Japanese at the beginning of the 20th century in an attempt to catch up with Western world. But, I’ve never seen how it works before. Thank You.

I wonder if somebody actually prepared your orders back in the kitchen.
