The inspect quality method gives you a shitty reduced resolution when you download, maybe it’s not the case with the extension.

The resolution of the vido from ads library was poor.

I am sure it's because you are viewing it on a desktop. Remember that these videos are shown in a 19:6 display aspect ratio, so they should look fine when viewed on mobile and desktop - Meta platforms.

@@victorchinedubefore inspecting you can select sd or HD in the settings of the video. Then inspect it when HD is selected. It will download not being mp4 but add .mp4 behind the file and you'll have high resolution videos

But, you should know that it infringes on Copyright. If the creator behind the video happens to come across your campaign they could report your ad for Copyright Infringement.
