Pay attention to his words carefully Jesus’ Claims About Himself 48 The Jews answered him, “Aren’t we right in saying that you are a Samaritan and demon-possessed?” 49 “I am not possessed by a demon,” said Jesus, “but I honor my Father and you dishonor me. 50 I am not seeking glory for myself; but there is one who seeks it, and he is the judge. 51 Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death.” 52 At this they exclaimed, “Now we know that you are demon-possessed! Abraham died and so did the prophets, yet you say that whoever obeys your word will never taste death. 53 Are you greater than our father Abraham? He died, and so did the prophets. Who do you think you are?” 54 Jesus replied, “If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me. 55 Though you do not know him, I know him. If I said I did not, I would be a liar like you, but I do know him and obey his word. 56 Your father Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad.” 57 “You are not yet fifty years old,” they said to him, “and you have seen Abraham!” 58 “Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” 59 At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds

Muslims still believe in Jesus as a messenger and blessed prophet of God nonetheless even though we deny his supposed divinity, it’s the Jew who completely reject him and label him as a false prophet under the pretext that he didn’t fulfill any of the messianic prophecies in the Old Testament. You gotta give it to us though no? Lol I mean we’re literally the only faith in the entire world (outside of yours of course) which revers Christ. It really saddens me sometimes how you have so many Christians dissing out Islam and insulting it without really getting to know what it’s actually about and how it presents its own arguments and views.
@@Rotisiv My friend, Christianity is the only faith that is not based on work but grace through faith alone. If Islam teaches that by good deeds you will go to heaven then Muhammad himself will not be on heaven. Think about this If every Christian acted like Christ then the world would be a better place but if every Muslim acted like muhammad then the world would be full of wars, slavery, women's oppression, and pride. You believe that by praying five times a day, by fasting, by giving alms or by going trip to Mecca you will enter the paradise. No, completely we have a different world. You believe that you will pay your debt of your sins, I believe It is by grace through faith alone in Christ who lived a perfect sinless life, beaten, and hang up on the cross so you and I can justly forgiven. I'm not saying I'm better than you are or more good than you are, In fact I think I am worse than you are. But that is what Christianity is all about, its about being born-again, by not thinking higher than yourself but by condescending yourself and by trusting in the Savior and not by yourself. Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship.
" I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: I’m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don’t accept his claim to be God. That is the one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic - on the level with the man who says he is a poached egg - or else he would be the Devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God, or else a madman or something worse. You can shut him up for a fool, you can spit at him and kill him as a demon or you can fall at his feet and call him Lord and God, but let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about his being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to." - C.S.Lewis , Mere Christianity.
This is not a good argument for Christianity and we Christians should not use it because it is possible that Jesus genuinely believed his claims, that does not mean he is crazy.
“He was despised and rejected- a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care. Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all. He was oppressed and treated harshly, yet he never said a word. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep is silent before the shearers, he did not open his mouth. Unjustly condemned, he was led away. No one cared that he died without descendants, that his life was cut short in midstream. But he was struck down for the rebellion of my people. He had done no wrong and had never deceived anyone. But he was buried like a criminal; he was put in a rich man’s grave. But it was the Lord’s good plan to crush him and cause him grief. Yet when his life is made an offering for sin, he will have many descendants. He will enjoy a long life, and the Lord’s good plan will prosper in his hands. When he sees all that is accomplished by his anguish, he will be satisfied. And because of his experience, my righteous servant will make it possible for many to be counted righteous, for he will bear all their sins. I will give him the honors of a victorious soldier, because he exposed himself to death. He was counted among the rebels. He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels.” Isaiah 53:3-12 NLT "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." Jesus is the Son of the living God, who having being sent by God, cane to the world, showed humanity the love of God, died for our sins, resurrected and ascended into heaven to prepare a place for us, so that all who believe him can come to the Father and have everlasting life

I can't find the parable of the vineyard (as described in this video) in my Bible and Jesus's response to the priest saying "I am..." can you clarify these statements with scriptural references and the exact translations?
In the 13th chapter of Mathew, several parables are retold which Jesus told us, as well as his response to the question of why he is speaking in parables at all. The end of this chapter also gives insight to how the people in his homeland viewed him and their great unbelief in him being the Messiah. Although the parable of the vineyard is not mentioned here, you might still want to read through it, since it contains important statements about the kingdom of god. By the way, in Mathew 16, 13-20, Mark 8, 27-30 and Luke 9, 18-22 he then asks his disciples what they believe him to be. Finally, Jesus then tells the parable of the vineyard in Mathew 21, 33-46, as well as in Mark 12, 1-12 and Luke 20, 9-19. As you can see, the vineyard parable is mentioned in all the sinoptic gospels. The statement Jesus makes while being interrogated is mentioned in the senoptic gospels as well. Mathew 26, 57-68, where he says the line in verse 64. Mark 14, 53-65, where he says the line in verse 62. Luke 22, 54-55; 63-71, where he says the line in verse 70. John is a bit different, but the interrogation is also mentioned there, you should read chapter 18 for that. In this whole gospel Jesus' thoughts on his status as the son of god and/or the son of man are depicted a bit differently.

Thank you. The gospel of Christ→ Christ died for our sins. He was buried. He was raised on the third day. He appeared to the apostles. 1 Corinthians 15:1-5 Isaiah 53 Anyone is saved just by believing in the gospel. Romans 1:16 Ephesians 2:8-9
This doctrine that Craig showed was at least a similar one to the Two Powers doctrine, although not entirely, it doesn’t show a trinity nor does it show an absolute oneness doctrine but it shows TWO having godlike positions
Where was Jesus standing when he claimed to be I AM? In the temple. We were specifically warned not to believe it if any man claimed to be God Almighty who stood in the temple, an abomination. This event never happened and Jesus never claimed to be God Almighty. He clearly stated he spoke the words the Father told him to say NOT of himself. Sometimes he spoke directly as if God were speaking (1st person) and other times he told us He was speaking for the Father (3rd person). This happened thruout the OT by the prophets and especially in the Psalms. You have to be able to discern by context who are the words coming from. Anyone born again is anointed by the Spirit to speak as God's anointed Son of Man. We've been given the exact same authority as Jesus possessed because we are begotten of the same incorruptible seed, as noted in James and I Peter. We can forgive sins, heal the blind deaf and lame, cast out demons, etc. it doesn't make us God just like Jesus never claimed to be. He is our brother, one of many firstborn of the Fathers spirit. ((of the 1st resurrection) Not our creator God. Everyone born of the spirit has dual natures. A human nature and our New God nature. We all have the same internal battle to crush satans head. Our old nature. Jesus was no different. Don't believe everything you're told (nor read) and rightly divide truth from scribal lies inserted into scripture to deceive us. As even Jeremiah, John and others warned. Jer 8.8. thats why we were told to establish the logos of truth by 2 or 3 witnesses line upon line precept upon precept. The Truth will set us free from a strong delusion created by blind guides and lies that started soon after (and before) 70 ad. Study to show YOURSELF approved by God. Not depending on scholars to tell you what the bible says. "I even i am YHWH besides ME there is NO SAVIOR". Isaiah 43:11. There is NO OTHER. Isaiah 45:5-7. "Put not your trust in Princes nor a SON OF MAN in whom there is NO SALVATION". Psalm 146:3. " MY PEOPLE perish for lack of knowledge". The Father is the Way, truth and life. No one gets to the Father except thru being born of the Father. Jesus spoke the words of Truth for the Father.
Jesus never thought he was anything, he knew. He knew He was Gods Son. God called him his Son, and The Holy Spirit through Peter said he was the Son of God. Pretty clear. So let’s look at the verses where any of the three said Jesus was God. I can’t find any. So would you Trinity believers please post them, just post one, then at least you would have something to base your theory on.
Jesus was a spiritual teacher and they thought he wanted their kingdoms, not true, Jesus said! My father has many mantions because, Jesus like God didn't need anything from mankind. The world leaders were wrong and, Jesus said forgive them they know not what they do! Jesus was right. Real talk.
John 8:58: “Before Abraham was, I am!” I’m surprised this wasn’t mentioned in the video. Sure he was the Son of God and Son of Man, but that can kind of still confuse people if you don’t really deepen your understanding of scripture. Here though, if you just have a rudimentary understanding of scripture, specifically just needing to know exodus, then this singular line that Jesus speaks, does in fact declares himself as God. THE one and only god.
Different words, for different purpose I am in ancient Greek, does not mean, I will be that which I will be ... That being said, the words now translated(I AM), in the Greek language of the time of writing, fits the narrative perfectly - Jesus was claiming to have existed, at the time Abraham was alive, thus taking precedent in-terms of authority as heir to the throne - who is greater, their forefather Abraham, or the Messiah who came down from heaven? They understood, and Jesus' response was clear as day - no conspiracy theories necessary.
Nice video, he claimed to be the unique son of God. Our Heavenly Fathers light of life, came into existence through the seed of David and exalted to the right hand of God. God can’t be exalted but a human man can.
2 ways to be saved, live without sin, or receive Christ. In order to understand what happened to those b4 Christ, you MUST, MUST start from the understanding that they where guilty and deserved to be punished. They willingly chose sin. This means, God is JUST for sending EVERYONE to hell/prison. Each had the chance b4 Christ to go to heaven, but they chose to break Gods laws. The most horrific verse in bible says, GOD IS GOOD. That is horrific bc we are not. God is a GOOD JUDGE. What does that mean for you who are a criminal? Question: if a man murdered your loved ones, and that man stood b4 a judge who just let him go free, would you call that judge a good judge? NO! You would demand justice, demand he satisfy the demand of the law and say he is a bad/crooked judge if not. God is a GOOD JUDGE, He CAN NOT simply let you or anyone go free. He must satisfy the demands of His law or else He becomes unjust. His law demand the wages of sin is death, eternal death. So God is still Just/Good for sending every guilty criminal to hell b4 Christ was even born. But He is more than a Just God, He is also Love. And to demonstrate His love He commanded His love towards us by sending His Son to the cross. Why? Because the demands of His law must be paid, He can not let you go free no matter how much He loves you. So how does the death of Christ do that? Imagine you are guilty of theft, you stand b4 a judge and he says the punishment for your crime is you pay the court 1 million dollars or go to prison for 5 yrs. You dont have any money. Just as you are about to go to pris9n, a man stands up and says your honor, i will pay his fine, i have the money. The judge can now legally allow you to go free because the man paid the money on your behalf and SATISFIED THE DEMAND OF THE LAW. The demand of Gods law is, the wages of sin is death. Christ died in your place, for your sins, so that God, the good judge, could allow you to go free because THE DEMAND OF THE LAW WAS MET. Your fine was paid. But bc Christ had no sin, death, prison had no legal authority to hold Him, so He rose from the dead. Just as a innocent man in prison is freed once it is known. It is a pardon offered by the judge. All you need do is repent and believe the gospel of Christ. So God, is JUST when he punished the guilty b4 Christ because they willingly committed crimes against God. CON =WITH SCIENCE =KNOWLEDGE When man sinned , he did so WITH KNOWLEDGE it was wrong. None of us has ever been innocent, we all deserved hell. So God is a good, just judge for giving them what they deserve. And God is just in giving those who reject His pardon the same punishment. God IS NOT UNJUST for saving those who receive His pardon because He Himself paid the wages, or satisfied the demands of the law.. So God is just in sending the guilty to hell, and just in saving some to demonstrate his love toward us all. If God did not punish those who sinned b4 Christ, He would have been UNJUST. IF God had not pardoned some, He would have been UNLOVING. God is Good, we are not, He is a just and loving God
The first five minutes of this video is excellent. It clearly shows that Jesus claimed to be the Messiah; the Son of God and the 'Son of Man' figure from Daniel. However, these are messianic motifs . TheJews did not believe that YHWH was coming as their messiah, but the messiah would be his agent, his plenipoptentiary. The Son of Man figure is one who gains access to the Ancient of Days and id given authority by the Ancient of Days. He is clearly not God, but again his agent, his plenipotentiary. Thus all the video has done is demonstrate the original confession of faith : Jesus is the Messiah (Christ), the Son of God. Of course, if he is the Messiah, the Son of God, and all authority has been given to him to act as God's plenipotentiary, then we would expect him to act with divine authority; expel demons and work miracles etc. However, other OT and NT characters expelled demons and worked miracles etc. This does not make them God, but is a sure indication that they were working with God's authority , power and blessing.
@@adlannajeeb5510 : And to further complicate matters, people who lived in Bible times had a different 'mindset' from people living today. One example is the word 'God.'. The Bible actually calls Moses, Hebrew Kings, Judges, angels - even th devil - 'God/god.' But no Bible writer meant that they were the one true God by such a designation.
I didnt see elijah, moses, david, etc. saying: "heaven and earth will fade but his words will never pass away", "before Abraham was, I AM", " "...I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end..",....if you've seen Me you've seen The Father.." What do you make of Jesus saying these things? Not to mention whenver Jesus was worshipped, He accepted it. Even angels wouldnt accept worship!
@@supplantermusic9413 : Thanks for taking the time to reply. You raise a number of issues and so here is my brief reply: 1. The word 'God' has a wider range of meanings in the Bible than it does for us today. The fact that , Moses, Hebrew Kings, Judges etc are called 'God' is proof of such. Thus, if such can be called 'God', how much more so can we expect the promised messiah, the Son of God to be so designated. 2. As for 'worship', the Greek word (proskuneo) also has a wide range of meaning and many individuals were guven this in the Bible. It can mean worship of a deity, but it can also mean reverence; obeisance; or simply bowing down out of respect before a superior as was the custom in Bible times. Therefore, using the trem 'worship' with reference to Jesus already assumes that Jesus is God. Interestingly, a number of translations do not use the word 'worship' in some of these texts when applied to Jesus, but use an alternative instead. Furthermore, the old English word 'worship' as used in the time of the King James Bible had a much broader use. Judges were called 'Your Worship' . In the old marriage ceremony, it said : "With this ring I theee wed, with this body I thee worship". 3. As for the individual sayings you mention, these need to be taken in context. Jesus was the Son of God. He is called the image of God and so perfectly reflected his Father's qualities. I can explain each of these in turn if you would like.
My mother is Sterling of the Sterling Stirling Stivelyns of Stirling Scotland descendent of Adam through Dardanus son of Zarah and my father is Berlin of the Ashkenazi descendent of Solomon son of David. Jesus is God in the flesh no question no debate He is the ultimate sacrifice for all mankind’s sin nature One only need to sincerely believe and and ask he will provide for eternal salvation. Then he commands to follow him meaning his teachings with your whole mind heart and soul he gifts us freely and imbues us with Holy Spirit as seal and guide on earth
As there are no such words as 'GOD in the flesh' written anywhere in scripture, such claims prove to be the product of man-made fabrications and lies rather than written truth.
If only people stuck to what the Bible actually says, instead of appealing to made-up beliefs, they might actually have a chance at making sense of it all. Then again, what are we to expect from a world under the influence of the father of lies - from lies come lies
Independent sources? Not. The only source you have for Jesus going to Jerusalem is a biased, anonymous source of 4 contradicting gospels. And in one of them he actually rides a horse, not a donkey. Religious sources are not historical sources. Period.
1. If you apply that standard to other works of ancient history, guess what will happen, ancient history no longer exists because almost all sources used by historians are contradictory and full of miracles. 2.Also, the contradictions in the Gospels are about details and not about the main claims, when the contradictory reports agree about the central claim but not about the details, it gives greater certainty to that claim because it means that there was no collusion; this criterion is also used in courts for witnesses who will almost never have the same stories, but will have stories that agree on the central claims and are contradictory on the details. 3. So these are double standards, whether on purpose or out of ignorance, it doesn't matter.
There is a massive contradiction in the original Mark Gospel; the reborn Jesus was never seen by anybody. It ended with the empty tomb and the unreliable women witnesses running away and telling nobody what they saw. Of course that is because it was probably copied from one of the many Greek tragedies that the Greek authors were aware of.@@kenandzafic3948
Jesus didn't think he was anybody he knew who he was the Son of God. I know whether I came and whether I go I came from God and go back to God. Do people not read what he SAYS
Many through history have claimed to be god in human form. I could claim it myself, and ultimately, your only refutation would come down to an opinion. Every objection you could give I would be able to counter by simply saying that how I interact with my creation is my choice, so if I don’t want you to find the truth of my divinity, then I’m simply hiding it from you. So it was with Jesus, if he ever claimed it at all.
"I am. The Messiah. The Son of God. The Son of Man." Video: Jesus claimed to be the God they worshiped. Uh, no. The Messiah. The Son of God. The Son of Man. Ah, doctrine. Just slip that in there and all the indoctrinated won´t bat an eye. Jesus´ divinity was as the Son of God. Not God. And yet, that´s not really a problem for truth-seekers who want to "shine their light in front of others with good deeds to honor God." Matt 5
If you don’t believe in God and the resurrection that is to come he is who he is and says he is the one who stands and gives up his own life. You won’t have life hence why Mathew states gates narrow. He is the only way and salvation you drink his blood and eat his flesh. Meaning believe in his death. Which has not taken place yet cause we’re still here in need of a saviour. Common sense.

@@thatonechristian2487 The Gospel of John (which you’re so proud of) was written a 100 years after Christ, why should we trust it? It basically presents a developed theology about Christ which is why most scholars consider it to be glaringly different from the three classical synoptics of Mark, Luke and Matthew which narrate the story of Jesus as the Messiah, the son of God but not the Lord Himself.
@@Rotisiv It wasn’t written 100 years after Christ. Most scholars think it’s around 95, Christ was crucified in 30. That’s only 65 at most, which isn’t nearly as bad as 100. Also, the early Church believed the same things conveyed in John’s Gospel. Just look at Paul’s writings. This is not an evolution in Christology, it very clearly reflects the earliest beliefs about Him. Whether they are true or not, it’s what the early Christians believed.

Jesus is not God the Father or God the Son, because he tells us variously *the Father is greater than I* and *You must worship the Son as you worship the Father* and so we have to unravel the relationship. God is Spirit, Father and Son and Holy Spirit, this is the Trinity of One God. God has one Son begotten not made which means *Of Himself* this could be compared to the relationship we have with ourselves when we address ourselves with regard to any venture we ask how feasible it is, and we get our own answer, just as God who asks Himself any question He too receives His own answer from the faculty of Truth and also Wisdom because God's self loves Him the answer is always at a higher level of Truth and Wisdom taking into account God's righteousness and His Providence. The Word of the Lord is zealous to put into effect all that the Father has given Him, and as the Father creates Life the Son has life in Himself The Son has a privelidge in that everyone *through time* will hear his testimony and the children of God are his progeny which he sires (non-sexually) as a proxy for God the Father who has but One Son. In order to create the Children of God there has to be a feminine, this is the Holy Spirit who is the source of the human soul, this means that the human soul is feminine in males and females. *The exegesis of the soul* states _The sages that came before us gave the soul a feminine name, she also has a feminine nature and even has a womb_ Simeon told Mary that *and a sword shall pierce your own soul* this is a Holy Impregnation by the Word of the Lord that can occur during life when someone is either *convinced of his faith* or has received his _accounting of judgement during life_ where the Word of the Lord allows that person to see the child of God leaving his deceased body during judgement. So we are all to be the children of God by the fertility of the Virgin who is the Holy Spirit. There is no disputing that the Trinity is established in Jesus Christ but God is beyond comparison or limitation, yet according to biblical tradition a person could be given permission to rule co-equally with a human ruler and God responds to generosity with generosity, Jesus says in the Beatific Vision *I am wholehearted as is my Father wholehearted, you are halfhearted* Notice that He calls God the Father "my Father" . Therefore we can pray to Jesus and he can act accordingly to our needs. But Jesus is also the Son of Man, John 3:13 *No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven-the Son of Man* The process by which this was accomplished is that God made a promise to Abraham and his progeny, He adopted Jacob and renamed him ISRAEL Israel died and left Paradise a thousand years later 1400 years before Jesus, God said to Israel *You are my servant Israel in whom I shall be glorified* Jesus identified John the Baptist as Elijah redivivus and John the Baptist identified Jesus as Israel redivivus in John 1:26-27 _“I baptize with water,” John replied, “but among you stands one you do not know. 27 He is the one who comes after me, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.”_ Together with John 3:13 the origin of Jesus is Israel so *Jesus is the Son of Man*
They new who he was, he was a son of a carpenter and his mother and brothers wanted to see him and he just said these whom are around me are my mother and brothers. (Do not seethe a kid in its own mothers milk)
Making videos about jesus being god is misleading people as Christians do we not believe Jesus died for our sins so that would mean dead non life so that's how the ransom was paid Habakkuk chapter 1 vs 12 says Are you not from everlasting o Lord the Holy one of you do not die. so See here according to scripter Jesus can simply not be god because he died
The reading of "you will never die" is based on some Hebrew scribal tradition, but the Masoretic Text (the best attested manuscript family of the OT) says "we will never die." Moreover, the language of dying gods in Jewish texts was meant to contrast the defeat of pagan gods with the indefeasibility of Yahweh, so even the "you" reading would at most indicate that God would not be defeated and, therefore, abandoned by the people, like these other pagan gods. This would have nothing to do with God's ability to become incarnate and possibly killed in the human sense. - RF Admin

Can someone in a sincere heart respond to this point I’d like to discuss. If, according to this video, by textual analysis, Jesus is the Messiah, the Unique Son of God, and the Son of Man figure within the vision of Daniel, how does that make Him the very God that the fathers of the Jewish people worshipped? In all these offices that belong to Christ I rather see a distinction with regard to personhood in relationship to God. For as the Son of God, it is evident who His Father is, namely God. As the Messiah, scripture speaks as a unique one anointed by God, and thus is distinct from God in personhood. As the Son of Man, He is given authority by the Ancient of Days, which is a title for the God of Israel, and is thus distinct from Him. But to answer the final question of this video concerning the correct answer to the question, “who do you say I am?”, the answer was, depending on the account, “the Christ” or “the Christ of God” or “the Christ, the Son of the Living God”. How do these claims in and of themselves point to Jesus being the God of Israel, if anything as mentioned before, they evidently distinguish him from the God of Israel who is His Father. Now what I’m not saying is that “the whole of scripture doesn’t indicate to us that the man Jesus, prior to the incarnation was True God of True God”, for I myself believe in the creed of Nicaea and Chalcedon. Rather what I am saying is that we as followers of Christ need to avoid eisegetical interpretations concerning the claims of Christ, so we can get a truer and fuller understanding of what scripture really emphasizes by Jesus’ repeated claims. So, again, was what Jesus said in the points mentioned really identifying him as the God of Israel, which the Jewish people worshipped? If so, how?
There's a bunch going on with this issue. First, logical deductions take time. Jesus can make explicit radical claims about Himself. But understanding all that those claims entail can be the result of mental effort. Daniel 7 does make Jesus one who will be given an eternal rule over all creation. According to the New Testament, Jesus returned from death and taught the apostles more. Paul claims Jesus did this for him as well in Arabia of all places. While Jesus made radical claims about Himself before the crucifixion, it isn't a clear explanation of Chalcedon or anything like that. But since these disciples are the source of information for what Jesus said prior to the crucifixion, then they are a source for what He said after as well. Furthermore, the New Testament insists the disciples recognized Jesus' fulfillment of prophecy after all was said and done. For them, the Old Testament became an authority on interpreting the events of Jesus' life. The entire idea of Jesus' death for our sins seems to be something they never even dreamed of until He was risen. And it's clear from their writings that they saw direct connections between Jesus and the sacrificial lamb of the temple. Thus the entire idea of Jesus' status as the sinless sacrifice for our sins is a post Easter revelation. Once this becomes attributed to Jesus, one has to ask serious theological questions. Can an angel or some other being really be the sinless sacrifice for sins? Well Jesus clearly claimed before the crucifixion that He had some status higher than the angels. Philippians clearly claims Jesus existed before His birth and descended to become one of us. The result of this is different Christian groups making arguments for either raising or lowering the status of Jesus. While Jesus said He was lower than the Father, He's also this sinless sacrifice and beyond the angels. John 1 makes him the creator of all things that began to exist. So Jesus didn't begin to exist? What you run into is a problem where all the explanations seem to not fit the known data points. Thus through much debate, Christians eliminate views of the Incarnation that don't fit the data. It's not a process of "this is the correct view." It's more of a process of ruling out incorrect views. Slowly but surely, they spiral in on what we have today over the centuries. In fact, the details are still being debated. God is obviously going to be difficult to understand. Part of the debate today is whether Jesus really had access to His omniscience as a human. He isn't really a human and "tempted in every way" as Hebrews says if He knows everything. The view I prefer is that Jesus was only omniscient in His subconscious mind. So if you were to ask Jesus, what do you think of Einstein's theory of relativity, would He know? I think the answer is no. Rather than diminish our view of Jesus, I think this raises it. For, He is struggling with the questions of life just as we are, truly descending to our level, and yet remaining sinless.
1:24 sounds like Balaam prophecy. Edit: I personally believe in the old testimate because I believe there is 2 different jesus. Old testimate and New testimate jesus are very different in terms of personality. The new testimate jesus feels like he just cares about power and everyone else is just his worshiper that's why he calls himself the son of man not son of god. New testimate jesus basically is trying to manipulate everything by man for his own god to become the son of god instead of son of man.
He literally told the disciples not to worship him , not angels, but only the Father in Heaven . Idk what New Testament you have been reading . He wasn’t hungry for power he was hungry to save ppl and show love and a servants attitude
Please stop portraying the Creator of the Universe as a long-haired sissy. "Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?"
Of course you quote paul, every depiction of jesus depicts him as a long haired man, the only specific description of him came from the Night journey of prophet mohammed when he described him as having a strong physique, a wide chest, with his hair falling between his shoulders, and a white-reddish complexion with freckles all over his face as if he had just come out of a bath.
Criteria for the messiah. Ingathering of the Jews final temple completed and bring World peace with war no more. How many of these did Jesus achieve?, None. Of course he will do these in his second coming. Dream on.
@@davidochiengbuoga7165 I'm on your side, Christianity is true, but just so you know it won't convince Atheists to tell them about proof from the Bible. Muhammad has nothing to do with the Bible, he was a false prophet and Muslims do not worship the same god as Christians, Muslims deny the divinity of Christ, the crucifixion, the Trinity and the like, believing that God's love is conditional and non-universal like that. No, Muslims do not believe in Jesus, in Islam Jesus is just a failed prophet, really what is Jesus in Islam, he did not die for sins, he is not the Son of God, he is not God, he is not crucified, he is not the creator, the savior, so this deception of Muslims does not work .
There is no proof that Jesus historically existed. If there is, could you please share it with the world because nobody has ever seen it. He is a metaphor and an example on how to be holy. If he did exist he was just a man, but it’s all irrelevant.
The proof of Jesus's existence is in the multiple, independent attestation of his existence in historical documents, both by disciples and non-disciples. In fact, the evidence is so strong that less than a handful of historians reject that Jesus actually existed. In other words, the rejection of the existence of Jesus is even more of a fringe position than most pseudo-scientific theories today. - RF Admin
@Mr. E Literally not a single reputable scholar denies the historicity of the existence of Jesus. Please do a lil bit of research before you spew blatant falsehoods.

Jesus’ Claims About Himself
48 The Jews answered him, “Aren’t we right in saying that you are a Samaritan and demon-possessed?”
49 “I am not possessed by a demon,” said Jesus, “but I honor my Father and you dishonor me. 50 I am not seeking glory for myself; but there is one who seeks it, and he is the judge. 51 Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death.”
52 At this they exclaimed, “Now we know that you are demon-possessed! Abraham died and so did the prophets, yet you say that whoever obeys your word will never taste death. 53 Are you greater than our father Abraham? He died, and so did the prophets. Who do you think you are?”
54 Jesus replied, “If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me. 55 Though you do not know him, I know him. If I said I did not, I would be a liar like you, but I do know him and obey his word. 56 Your father Abraham rejoiced at the thought of seeing my day; he saw it and was glad.”
57 “You are not yet fifty years old,” they said to him, “and you have seen Abraham!”
58 “Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” 59 At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds

Thanks for this Information. It can help many Christians against Muslims and Jews objection against Christ's divinity.

He did not intend to."

He bore the sins of many and interceded for rebels.”

Which “independent” sources verified Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem in the last week of his life?
Many scholars think that Mark and John are independent of each other.
there are at least 4 main sources that document the entry of jesus into jerusalem with the donkey and that has never been a disputed event, also remember to apply the same standard to all of history, if you apply such ridiculous standards to jesus who has more documents than anyone else, then we would have to close all history departments in the world because nothing would ever pass the test

2:12 One problem I've found with this is Christians typically don't call Jesus father.

John 8:58: “Before Abraham was, I am!”
I’m surprised this wasn’t mentioned in the video.
Different words, for different purpose
I am in ancient Greek, does not mean, I will be that which I will be ...

What make you believe in this story ?
HE DIDENT THINK HE WAS GOD HE KNOW HE WAS THE SON OF GOD
@RonaldLove42 thanks 4 reading it
The first five minutes of this video is excellent.
Exactly how I felt watching the video. Thank you for putting it into words.
I didnt see elijah, moses, david, etc. saying: "heaven and earth will fade but his words will never pass away", "before Abraham was, I AM", " "...I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end..",....if you've seen Me you've seen The Father.." @@supplantermusic9413 : Thanks for taking the time to reply. You raise a number of issues and so here is my brief reply:

Jesus is God in the flesh no question no debate
He is the ultimate sacrifice for all mankind’s sin nature
One only need to sincerely believe and and ask he will provide for eternal salvation.

Jesus is the great prince in Daniel 12:1

The Pharisees and Sadduccees were all filthy lucre he lived among them and then they all left him, in the garden of gethsemane they all fell asleep he asked peter why he couldn't stay awake for one more hour.
*The exegesis of the soul* states _The sages that came before us gave the soul a feminine name, she also has a feminine nature and even has a womb_
Simeon told Mary that *and a sword shall pierce your own soul* this is a Holy Impregnation by the Word of the Lord that can occur during life when someone is either *convinced of his faith* or has received his _accounting of judgement during life_ where the Word of the Lord allows that person to see the child of God leaving his deceased body during judgement.
So we are all to be the children of God by the fertility of the Virgin who is the Holy Spirit.
There is no disputing that the Trinity is established in Jesus Christ but God is beyond comparison or limitation, yet according to biblical tradition a person could be given permission to rule co-equally with a human ruler and God responds to generosity with generosity, Jesus says in the Beatific Vision *I am wholehearted as is my Father wholehearted, you are halfhearted*
Notice that He calls God the Father "my Father" .
Therefore we can pray to Jesus and he can act accordingly to our needs.
But Jesus is also the Son of Man, John 3:13 *No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven-the Son of Man*
The process by which this was accomplished is that God made a promise to Abraham and his progeny, He adopted Jacob and renamed him ISRAEL Israel died and left Paradise a thousand years later 1400 years before Jesus, God said to Israel *You are my servant Israel in whom I shall be glorified*
Jesus identified John the Baptist as Elijah redivivus and John the Baptist identified Jesus as Israel redivivus in John 1:26-27 _“I baptize with water,” John replied, “but among you stands one you do not know. 27 He is the one who comes after me, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.”_
Together with John 3:13 the origin of Jesus is Israel so *Jesus is the Son of Man*

MESSIAH IN OT 1 VIRGIN BIRTH REC - RUclips

You go home you belong to a great nation ants have same birthmark as people mark land promised by God

- RF Admin
