Awesome! Thanks for the suggestion. I saw another YTuber who out Quarrelers on it. Was thinking to try some cannons because the ballistics take forever to down the most basic ship.
I'm am pretty sure that is not a thing on this ship. If it is... holy s**t, that would be awesome! The Firebird filled in those gaps on the Raven, and I am pretty sure it's a permeant thing. (runs off to go double check)
lmao.... missiles "TOO CLOSE". "this video is to demonstrate the issue"... issue of not knowing how to use missiles after spending 1000+ USD for JPEGs? rly?
The first target I fired on never gave a 'Too Close' warning... it said 'Missile Locked'. All 6 missiles connected and made an impact sound. The Too Close message only appeared well after they were fired. The second target... yes I had a Too Close warning, but who gives a s**t at that point. The point of the video is that this new Firebird is reliant on missiles, and they don't do enough damage in their current state of the patch.
I also think this comes down to server performance... as I have watched other videos showing a volley of 6 missiles easily destroying the same class target.
@@Xenopotamus for the server performance - I Do agree that its an issue. Thats why Eclipse users are now launching torpedos not at 3km as before but 5-6. Just to have more time for the server to recognize the torpedo. Same needs to be checked here (launch missiles at 3-5km)
I removed the ballistics on mine as they have been nerfed to oblivion. Works much better with Attrition-3 lasers + missiles.

How did you get the black paint? I only see 2 paints available on the site and neither are black.
This is a Chairman's Club/Concierge perk that they give... a special paint comes on any new ship usually.

Went back to look at the shadow... it seems that is a bug because the ship is using the Sabre Raven shadow.

@@Xenopotamus open your eyes... it was saying TOO CLOSE after the first 2 missiles were shot. which means that you were on the edge of distance
