Several weeks later, Nick Burnham was finally rescued during the ship's Trans-Atlantic passage, when he was discovered by an engineer's mate, surviving on ship's biscuit and bilgewater deep underneath the crew quarters. "I simply got lost," he explained. "So many areas!"
I got 3mins into this & decided to stop. This tour is going to require tea, chocolate digestives & the sofa reclining before I restart it! This is EPIC! No wonder Marianne had to film that other boat, Nick was lost in the engine room of this one! 🤣
This boat, this huge floating art piece is difficult to fathom. I do know this, if not for Nick's hook ups, I'd never be able to tour such majesty myself. I am so grateful for the experience. I thank all involved for keeping the boat in such a state of beauty. And thank you Nick, for the video tour.
As large as this yacht is it's still only 54 metres & €14.7 million. There are billionaires cruising around on yachts that cost hundreds of millions which are far larger such as: 1. Azzam - 180.61 metre 2. Eclipse - 162.5 metre 3. Dubai - 162 metre 4. Blue - 160 metre 5. Dilbar - 156 metre 6. Al Said - 155 metre 7. El Mahrousa - 150.57 metre
A lot of modern boats have lost the charm this one has. So glad they kept it classy in the 2019 refit. I could never even imagine spending a week on something like this, let alone owning it. These sort of people just live on an entirely different plane of existence. It's truly a mindblowing boat.
I served in the navy, this yacht is as big as some of the ships I've been on. I thought you did a splendid job of keeping track of your position on the ship. Always a pleasure Nick.
Well done Nick for remembering your way around after the first run through before you started recording. I know you're chuffed to get these invites, and genuinely awestruck at the opulence and engineering masterpieces, but you would have to admit to having "arrived" at the big end with your channel. What a treat for us all!
Wow, 54 metre truly is nothing to sneeze at after all, but its easy to forget just how much space it affords. This is a serious piece of kit. One of my favorite tours you have done, no doubt. Some might not like the interor style, but I really do. Gives more personality which I think is needed on a vessel this size.
This boat is like the very best piece of Chocolate in the box that most people never get to experience. Nick, this one was amazing. Your work, this ship, simply amazing. Thank you for showing us this one!
Change the window scenery and you wouldn’t know you were not on Regent street in a £10,000,000 luxury flat! Absolutely stunning, love to see the old ones still looks and running as new. Amazing craftsmanship. Thank you for showing her, she an amazing ship! She’s a cruise liner!
It is a truly spectacular boat. As a matter of personal taste I find the decor rather dates the boat - it's 1980s bling rather than cool Scandi-chic, but since that is purely subjective it's only a problem if you're lining up to buy it. A testament to the industry's regard for Aquaholic that you get such great access to these superyachts.
You often describe yachts as palatial. This super yacht truly is a palace! It may not be to everyone’s taste but that can be changed. She is vast and stunning just the way she is! Great tour as always! Thank you Nick and have a great week ahead one and all!
I'm actually lost for words. Just incredible and saying that doesn't do her any justice. Its a floating home. I would never leave her. The engine room what can I say. That's bigger than a lot of full tour boats you have taken us around on. It's certainly a drive life to be able to afford something like her. Thank you Nick for taking us around this incredible superyacht. I'm just going to rewatch this again
I've been trying to figure how to describe this, and all I can say is WOW! The cabins may be dated, but beautiful opulence is still beautiful opulence. I love the sun deck and the nautical stars on the decks of the 2 aft cockpits, matching the table on the main deck. The engineering spaces reminded me of my navy days. I respect not invading crew privacy, but, for me, that is a favorite part of your tours. Thanks for getting us on this truly amazing ship.
Well said!😍 My test of a superyacht includes plenty of cabin space for the crew and a fine galley and freezer locker space. Then we hit the engine room and there are serious engines with a serious range...and serious working space as well!
That's definitely a very special treat for us, no tricks! 🤣 Thanks N&J and many thanks to Nick for getting lost in there on our behalf! What an amazing machine this is. Happy Halloween to anyone reading this!
I was concerned we may never see you again after filming this. You weren’t dropping bread crumbs to find your way back out. This was definitely a real treat and another fantastic video!
I have been looking at this yacht for some time. Other promotional films/videos have not sufficed my appetite. However your enthusiasm, plus style of video enforces to me that she is my style of yacht. Sir, Thank You for this. I prefer the Gentleman yachts and very much opposed to the modern. I live for the like of Benetti from yester-year; Now they have somebody that thinks in a different direction to myself. This yacht - She’s a real gem! ❤❤❤🎉
It has to be a huge boat when you're walking behind the couches and chairs in the lounge. And I have to concur with the sentiment Nick ... "I'm in a lift ... on a yacht!!!". Hell, yeah! And I thank goodness the Engineer accompanied you into his domain - it's either that, or send you in with a map.
Hi Nick. 24 years old. A stunning decor interior, all with full bathrooms. A lift, dumb waiter, a massive jacuzzi in the perfick spot. Unbelievably spacious on all decks, the engine room is epic. . . Almost got lost more than once. Awesome walkthrough tour thanks 😊
Wow what a tour of this beautiful yacht and yes i agree with you Nick, I too got turned around in the engine and mechanical rooms. While you were giving us this tour, I said to myself it would be a perfect yacht if it had an elevator for us crippled old guys and then a few seconds later you pushed that button on the wall and opened two doors into the elevator big enough for wheelchair and an assistant to help them. This video is in my top 5 of my favorite yacts and just so you know Nick, you have 3 of the 5. Thats huge for my top 5 list. I had to go back to see when you posted this video because I have missed it and thought how could that happen. Because I thought I had seen everyone you made, well buddy I seen the date and I had surgery and the doctors had replaced my main arteries at the heart hospital, an i was 53 years old then. Thank the Lord I am 55 now and got 2 more years on me. I love these boats where the builders have had true craftsmen and women doing the excellent wood work and designs on these beautiful yachts, and this is worth the price tag on it. One day i can only hope and pray that I can afford to buy this yacht and have a very special lady to share our lives together on a yacht just like this one. I'm a good man and I still have hopes and prayers that one day i will be there where i want to be. Plus I want to give others the opportunity to go see places for free that would not been able to ever visit due to financial reasons, you all know that situation and y3s the ones like myself have helped more people and never asked anything back because we help because of the Love in our hearts and we know tomorrow is not a guarantee for any of us. Help others and share the Love inside your hearts and never forget this. Love is the glue that holds everything together in our Universe. I have said those words for many years and I truly know that and believe it. I'm still alive and thats proof enough for me.
This is absolutely one of my favorite yachts ever! It was a little squeaky when you walked but I think that added to its charm! It has everything I would want. If I built a brand new yacht. I would tell them to copy this one. Thanks very much Nick this really was a special vessel
Don’t know if you didn’t notice, and I couldn’t find any comments about it, but each of the beds has a marquetry mural behind them. Old school style and from what I can see of highest quality (I dabble in this form). I have never seen this type of art used like this before, but truly something else to admire. Keep up the good work.
WOW that is an incredible mega yacht. Everything was very impressive. Not only was it huge, it is undoubtably the most beautifully decorated and appointed yacht I have seen on RUclips. Also great value to at nearly 15 million Euro. Thank you very much for bringing us this Nick, fantastic tour as always 👍
The decor isn’t to my taste but it’s still awesome to get to watch a tour of such a big boat. You did a great job with the tour as always. Hopefully you will get the opportunity to do more huge super yachts like this in the future.
Absolutely stunning boat, I liked the way you lowered your voice when you entered the saloon. A great tour, even with the extra visit to the bridge when you seemed to get a little lost, understandably so. My head would be spinning well before that, and as for the engine room I would need a SatNav or a route map. Amazing engineering. All in all, Nick, a great tour, as ever, and a fabulous, fabulous vessel. 👍👍👍👍👍.
Well Nick, I've watched every video you have uploaded and I'm sure this is the first time you have actually got lost! I've toured some big yachts but this is just vast, are you sure it's not called "Tardis"? It surely is one magnificent beast of a vessel and the level of noise reduction is breathtaking really.
Incredible, what a Cathedral of an engine room. The rooms/bathrooms are very reminiscent of some smart hotels iI stayed in back in the 80's/90's - not my favourite decor, but i'm not sure i'd change anything, it all just seems to work so well. And I can't remember the last time I saw so many of those lovely circular ashtrays - takes me back! I even had to check N&J's website for the price as I couldnt believe it was "only" 14.7m Euros - lots of details on the equipment /running hours, which probably backs up the price-point. Still for 832 tons of classic steel Amels, its a lot of ship for the money. Thanks Nick that was a real Sunday treat.
Thanks for doing this Nick. I worked on her at Amels back in 1998 when she was under construction. I'm a paint sprayer and did a lot of the wood and also super structure and hull. I understand she's had a couple of re-fits since then and she still looks beautiful. Thanks again.
Wow Nick you have outdone yourself here. Certainly the largest and most beautiful private ship I have seen. Thanks to your connections and kindness for shareing it with us. You always bring us the very best which goes a long way towards your credentials in the industry. Thanks again!
Such a nice piece of art, the design of all the áreas is coherent and elegant. It says rich and comfort in every way. Today's boats and almost everything isn't like that.
Another excellently conducted tour. As everyone only writes positive comments (personal taste aside) I'm going to remark that the chefs operating in the galley have not bothered to keep the vitro-ceramic surface sparkling and clean. There are products for this and I am only too well aware of which one my wife recommends!
This yacht is absolutely phenomenally mind blowing. There was a few very fancy light fixtures and I was pleading at the screen "Nick please tilt the camera up". One truly beautiful boat, would love to see more like this. 😁
this may be one of, if not the most beautiful yacht that have ever been featured on the channel. thank you for giving us the opportunity to witness this art piece.
@@Oyeolsakin Yeah I see what you mean about it being old school and it’s definitely different than modern yachts. But I mean you just gotta love the amount of effort put into this thing (especially the bathrooms)
This is like the classic ocean going transatlantic ships of years ago. Very nice as it reminds me of a luxury hotel in London, Paris, or NYC. Great review Nick & kudos to the captain & crew for such a clean well maintained vessel. 🇨🇦👍🙏
WoW! You finished up the video and as I type - my mind is still lost in that engine room. ---- Of all the Super Yachts RUclips provides, the engine room on this boat seems the most amazing. Thank you Sir Nick, for doing this tour.
Absolutely stunning! The level of quality is superb, and an amazing tour. It has probably the biggest engine room I think I have ever seen on AQUAHOLIC and I can definitely see why they sent a guide in there it looks like a total maze. Thanks Nick.
Wow, I started watching as as a last thing before shut eye but couldn't tear myself away especially Nicks "voyage of lostness in the engine room" 😊Superb
OH WOW!!! 😍 What a magnificent piece of art!! Definitely your best review yet. Sensational! I live in Fremantle, I've been on lots of big boats but this is in a class of it's own
Mr. Nick, you are informative, charismatic and i always feel like i want to own the yachts that you present. Moments like 7:49 is why I am able to see your entire videos and feel like your videos are not long enough. Thank you for your superb work and commitment!!
I have to admit that I'm not a fan of superyachts, they can be a bit chintzy, but this has blown me away. It's like staying at the Ritz (which I have, only once mind for my 60th) but this is mind blowing, I just keep thinking of the running costs! (still not put the heating on!) BUT for the super rich that's neither here or there! I love this boat! Brilliant!
Just Absolutely Gorgeous and Immaculate ... what a fantastic layout , it's hard to believe that this Yacht is 24 years old... although it's been Refitted in 2019.. Just absolutely 'Brilliant !! The Size of the Vessel is Enormous.. "Fantastic job.. Nick... !! "Cheers 🥂
Oh WoW ! I certainly understand your delight with this one, Nick. Amazing!! Walk-in freezers, multi-level engine room, lift!!, everything is so top notch. You are very lucky to have been onboard this one (and so are we, thanks).
I think the Master suite has a bigger floor space than my whole house! But then again the yacht does't have a garden ;) It is a spectacular yacht and I wonder in amazement at the lifestyle of the owner.
Write down all the adjectives you can think of and I reckon you're pretty close to summing up this magnificent ship, well done Nick for finding your way out without an A to Z Atlas!
Lol! He was found in one of those baths!
He was trying to find the Engineering space so he could use that sledgehammer to break out!
Jesus, this yacht even has a SLEDGEHAMMER 😂.
"bits of food, thankfully, dotted about the place."
Thinking the exact same thing. Huge ship!!!
Rumour has it Nick is still trying to find his way off this one (but not trying very hard). Wonderful!
I got 3mins into this & decided to stop.
This tour is going to require tea, chocolate digestives & the sofa reclining before I restart it!
This is EPIC!
No wonder Marianne had to film that other boat, Nick was lost in the engine room of this one! 🤣
Enjoy! 😄
Just read your comment while waiting for the advert to finish, I'm taking your advice and getting properly provisioned and settled before I start 😁
🤣😂🤣 Big mug of tea needed and you might get through the whole packet of biccies! Absolutely extraordinary piece of kit!

I think that was the most complex engineering area I have ever seen on a yacht. Truly ship stuff. Thanks Nick!
You can see it’s old, a modern superyacht would be a lot neater.
If like this kinds of stuff you should see the 4 Roses' engine room too.
17:00 „I don‘t even know where the engines are“ 😂 this is a tell tale about the size of such a ship

You can tell I've been watching Nick too long. My thought at the end was, all this for only 14,000,000?!
Yes, I love the older style looks with all of the wood. I wouldn't change anything on it.
Perfect Sunday lunchtime with an Aquaholic video

Another amazing tour, I look forward to these weekly. Too bad I can only like this video once. Thank you from Texas.
What a beautiful home on the water, classic and classy
WoW!
You finished up the video and as I type - my mind is still lost in that engine room.

Of all the Super Yachts RUclips provides, the engine room on this boat seems the most amazing.
Thank you Sir Nick, for doing this tour.
I 'm usually not too interested in the engine rooms, but this one was fantastic! I could easily spend a whole day in there!
As you would say Nick FANTASTIC, but what would be even better would be a meet the owner on one of these super super yachts 😂
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
OH WOW!!! 😍 What a magnificent piece of art!! Definitely your best review yet. Sensational! I live in Fremantle, I've been on lots of big boats but this is in a class of it's own
Thank you! 🙂
Stunning! Absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Nick, for bringing us on such a grand tour!
Mr. Nick, you are informative, charismatic and i always feel like i want to own the yachts that you present. Moments like 7:49 is why I am able to see your entire videos and feel like your videos are not long enough. Thank you for your superb work and commitment!!
You're very kind! 🙂
Wow!!! Thank you for allowing us to see this wonderful piece of art.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Spectacular, I'm particularly smitten with the bars on the upper decks!
Wow. What an absolute treat. I would live on here, happily. The size of the bathrooms, and the cabins are exceptional. Love it. Thanks Nick.
Well, initially I was thinking, oh another yacht past its prime tour but you know what? This yacht is great.
Nick... !! "Cheers 🥂
I always enjoy Nick's presentations clearly very knowledgeable but combined with a wonderful excitement and enthusiasm
Oh WoW ! I certainly understand your delight with this one, Nick. Amazing!! Walk-in freezers, multi-level engine room, lift!!, everything is so top notch. You are very lucky to have been onboard this one (and so are we, thanks).
Glad you enjoyed it
only 4 minutes in and i love the interior design 🙂
that engine room alone is bigger than my flat!
I think the Master suite has a bigger floor space than my whole house! But then again the yacht does't have a garden ;) It is a spectacular yacht and I wonder in amazement at the lifestyle of the owner.
Massive boat I watched this on iPad felt sick all the twists and turns from the engine room.
Write down all the adjectives you can think of and I reckon you're pretty close to summing up this magnificent ship, well done Nick for finding your way out without an A to Z Atlas!
Oh that cozy skylounge, wonderful. Perfect for an Autumn evening, with the twinkling lights of a Med town you're anchored off as a backdrop.
An amazing boat, a super tour (as always), thank you. I could happily spend an Atlantic crossing, learning about the engineering.
Oh wow! Luxurious, tasteful and what big engines!
The pièce de résistance was, of course, the ride up in the lift. 😊 Brilliant tour.
