sir we take the null hypothesis as equal to each to eachother. So shoudn't we have to draw a two tail diagram in critical region?
If its not equal to each other, then you should draw two tail

how did you calculate this value of 4.26 from where you built a graph. Please expain
4.26 is the value which you can get from ANOVA table ,(given in the book) table for 0.05 significance with (2, 9) degree of freedom
