I’m not a Native American guy but Alma for me sounds so perfect when she talks English. Because every single day I am listening to videos on RUclips to improve my knowledge I can identify some different accents. And she is so good. Off course one word or another or maybe the rhythm of the sentence is something to show that she isn’t a native America person even so she speaks very very well. I´m from Angola in Africa and my native Language is Portuguese, I attended an English course eleven years ago I got the advanced certificated but until now I´m struggle to speak it with clearly and confidently, I feel down. but watching this video I think I gained again the motivation, I hope to join soon a class with Hadar because you the one I was looking for to boost my English and to gain confidence and fluency.

How can I be a part of your institution
I agree as actor or actress the term is interchangeable you have to be thick skinned because the constant rejection you get can cripple if you let it. You have to be able to develop a mindset. Here is a video of Tom the actor who plays Loki talking about rejection and how you have to be strong. This applies not only to acting but to English or to anything you do in life never give up and always try again.

Great video, it is inspiring as the one Haddar put up. That is why I love this video because all these students have overcome great challenge and learned to speak English. I am in the process of learning Spanish third language and this video about Haddar's student has inspired me. Like the students here I am not a native English speaker.
I have also included a link about Arnold Schwarzenegger talking about overcome his accent. He talks about everyone in Hollywood from his managers to producer telling him that he will never be a leading man because of his accent because in America people value people that sounded like them. Guess what there were wrong and I am glad he never listened. He also paved the way for other non-american actors e.g. Jackie Chan, Jean Claude Vaddam, Gal Gadot, etc
