He also knows about what happened in the events of DDTO and the bad ending and is thinking of why it would have happened and since Monika was the first self aware he thinks he is related to her. Then at the third part of Just a Theory he figures out it was all Monika's fault and he freaks out.
and in my opinion what makes that part so funny is that at the end of it she just takes you out of the room like she didnt just play some insanely good guitar

Monika's vocals in FNF are honestly the best. Yukiyo and Unlikely Rivals sound so damn good! Yukiyo of course because it's a Cassette Girl song. But Unlikely Rivals is a joke song from a Five Nights mod, yet Monika pulls it off SO flawlessly. 😅
