this looks really good, pasta is my favourite so a new, relatively hands-off recipe is always great for me! :) one safety tip though; be very careful if you're putting anything hot into those blenders! i don't know the exact science but the heat in there can cause basically create a vaccum during use, which can lead to really serious injuries if it cracks and explodes - people have gotten really life changing injuries from using them like this. I was lucky because while using it for pasta sauce, mine only cracked at the edges, but sometimes the blades can get sent flying! i didn't know until that happened, so whenever i see people using these blenders i try to share what i learned for safety reasons :') have a great day!
The problem for us "coming to home late from office" people is, Stacy, that our veggies don't automatically get chopped when we drop 'em on the chopping board 🙂

@fanofmanylegends9709 Well, this video is directed towards a "perfect for busy days" and "when you don't really feel like cooking" audience, of which unfortunately I'm part of 🤨 I would never compare a homemade meal to ordering something. But, comparing this to making something at home, this is hardly a recipe for when you're actually busy or can't/don't feel like cooking. Those should be under 15 mins, and she has some of those that are pretty good.
Simple but seems absolutely delicious! I'm gonna try this on a "lets cook something" day though. The reason i can't get myself to cook is... Having to wash dishes after. And this is a lot of dishes...
@@VioletTheWalmartBag I haven't made those dishes in particular -- but now I want to! Usually I make pasta or rice one pot/pan meals, like mac and cheese, or chicken/fish and rice. There's so many combinations and ways to cook in one pot that it's easy to go off of what I have and what I want to eat! 😄 OnePotChef, Tasty, and a "lazy" dietitian (I don't remember her channel) on RUclips are the sources of most recipes I cook.
It means nothing complicated, no fine chopping etc. You literally just roughly chop (you could even break it with your hands) some veggies and wait a few minutes.
Whenever I don't want to cook. I whip out the pans. Turn the stove on. Turn the burner on. Get the blender out. Dirty up knifes and cutting boards. Wait 20 minutes. Blend everything. Boil noodles. Toss it all together in another pan (that'll have to be cleaned later). Get out a dish to serve it on. Dirty up a grater for cheese. And a fork to eat with. Or...and here me out...I buy a 1.79 3 course microwave meal and call it a night with a plastic fork or spoon I get for free from the deli. 4 minute cook time and zero minute clean up. You tell me what I'm doing after a 12 hour shift.
For all those who complain because it's to much cooking. Do a big batch and freeze in little containers. If you are really lazy buy frozen bell peppers. I always have a bag of them in my freezer
@@Nosila685 No I don’t disagree that it’s a good idea! It’s just that the recipe is advertised as being super quick and easy and the way it’s presented it’s not really. You put peppers, onion and garlic in the oven, blend it with spiced and cook pasta. If this is a lot for you you're just incompetent
@@Kevin-ji3zq Bro they said if you don't wanna cook yk u could just get something easier like takeout or make an egg.
@@V1XlICIOUSit’s barely cooking. It’s placing things inside of other things. It literally is so easy I could do it with my eyes closed. Of course take out is easier… but the point is not to eat takeout. And like eggs ain’t a meal.

this looks really good, pasta is my favourite so a new, relatively hands-off recipe is always great for me! :)
one safety tip though; be very careful if you're putting anything hot into those blenders! i don't know the exact science but the heat in there can cause basically create a vaccum during use, which can lead to really serious injuries if it cracks and explodes - people have gotten really life changing injuries from using them like this. I was lucky because while using it for pasta sauce, mine only cracked at the edges, but sometimes the blades can get sent flying!
i didn't know until that happened, so whenever i see people using these blenders i try to share what i learned for safety reasons :')
have a great day!
The problem for us "coming to home late from office" people is, Stacy, that our veggies don't automatically get chopped when we drop 'em on the chopping board 🙂
So true 😢
so... making 3 cuts into a bellpepper, 2 cuts into an onion and peeling a clove of garlic is already too challenging for you? wow dude, you wont make it far :D
@@pcl89 you have to wash the bellpepper, cut the seeds and white gunk out, then cut, then you have to peel the onion and it always gets stuck to it and then cut then do the same for every single clove and then you have to get the bio trash open the bio trash lid put them in the bio trash put away the bio trash now you remember you didn't preheat the oven first ok put the oven on that will take at least fifteen minutes now you start looking for the blender because you live in a tiny house so its somewhere in the back of the closet so you empty the closet oh no where is the blenders top start to rummage in the cupboards oh you found it now you have twenty items around your kitchen you need to put back in the cupboard you put them back and now you have to pee you go pee and wash your hands but you see a pimple on your face gross oh yeah what was i doing is the oven warm lets put the veggies in okay now lets get the pasta water boiling where is the pot oh no back of the closet lets get everything out of there again..

This is more cooking than what I do on a day when I’m NOT hungry or tired 😂
I’ll just eat cereal, instant noodles, heat leftovers, or put together a salad (already washed) for quick meals. I need something that is quick for when I’m starving and burned out! This is a nice recipe for when I have more time like on the weekends😏. Thank you for sharing. I like to cook on the weekends for the week so there is always leftovers I can just heat up!
Love the single portion recipes, lifesaver for someone who learned how to cook big batches
“Don’t wanna cook pasta? Here’s a recipe!”
“First, cook”
The main advice you get from a chef cooking pasta:-
"Always add the pasta water"
“When you come home and don’t feel like cooking but ends up cooking any way”😂
This looks INCREDIBLE, but if I get home hungry I can not wait 30 minutes to eat, I'd literally break down
Absolutely wonderful ❤️
When I’m tired, and I’m home from work I pop a Stouffer’s dinner in the microwave and call it a night.

This IS cooking, though 😅 If you're really tired or only have a 30 mins lunch break, you really can't do much more than putting a salad or a cold sandwich together
Don't judge just bc you're lazy.
@@Tom1573realist How is that judging, exactly? 🤨
cough cough ramen cough cough
@@Tom1573realist how tf are they lazy its not their fault theyre on a time crunch
For days I don't want to cook, but still want proper food, I make one pot/pan meals. So much easier than using three separate appliances! 😅
@@anamazing2297like biryani(an Indian one-pot dish) and kabsa(arabian)?
@@VioletTheWalmartBag I haven't made those dishes in particular -- but now I want to! Usually I make pasta or rice one pot/pan meals, like mac and cheese, or chicken/fish and rice. Sometimes I use the rice cooker, and it's great! Occasionally, I'll make soup, too. There's so many combinations and ways to cook in one pot that it's easy to go off of what I have and what I want to eat! 😄
OnePotChef, Tasty, and a "lazy" dietitian (I don't remember her channel) on RUclips are the sources of most recipes I cook.
@@anamazing2297 that's amazing!
If you turn on the stove or oven, that’s cooking babe 😭
This looks damnnnnnnn gooodddd❤
I DON’T WANT TO COOK! …. Ok.. I’m cooking… 😅
It means nothing complicated, no fine chopping etc. You literally just roughly chop (you could even break it with your hands) some veggies and wait a few minutes.
Pov: you're poor and you already got take out for lunch at work
Whenever I don't want to cook.
"Its late , you come home hungry and tired and don't wanna cook"
"Then uber eats is exactly what you need!"
Yo' she's so acctractive I can't 😩✨😅👍
For all those who complain because it's to much cooking. Do a big batch and freeze in little containers. If you are really lazy buy frozen bell peppers. I always have a bag of them in my freezer
Thx
That’s a bit of a cheat though. The most complicated meal becomes quick and easy when I say “just have some of it stored in the freezer”.
@@cloud__99 having bags of frozen veggies is a great way to gain time
@@Nosila685 No I don’t disagree that it’s a good idea! It’s just that the recipe is advertised as being super quick and easy and the way it’s presented it’s not really. Only if you make adjustments like you say buying frozen veggies or meal prepping. So it’s a bit misleading although still looks tasty.
"It's technically still cooking "😅😅
