Crystal can you ask Aaron to film the installation of the Ring doorbell please? He's so good at explaining things where I don't feel talked down to, or that he's trying to sell me something, just gives an honest opinion. I'd like to install one too. Good luck Ariana!
My daughter lives in another state and I always door dash her supplies randomly or if she is sick I’ll send all the goods that way. So covenant and they love it and still feel the love. I love to add their favorite snacks as a bonus
Ariana, make sure you have a spare tyre and that you know how to change it plus tools to fix your car. Also keep a flashlight in the car and one in your room plus spare light bulbs and spare fuses for your plugs. Plus hangers for your clothes.
so excited to watch her college journey! i used to go to scad atlanta and loved every minute of it! i know she’ll enjoy living out her purpose and passions.
Crystal, I want to let you know please make sure Ariana has a small portable indoor generator just in case of Storms/tornadoes/left over tropical storms. Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia is known for Tornadoes. Our peak season are between Fall/winter and Spring/Summer. However Hurricane season is between June 1 to Nov 31. This is just a suggestion if her Apartment doesnt have their own generator. CostCo had a very nice portable indoor generator. This is beneficial to charge cell phones, refrigerator, microwave. I just dont want to scare yall but to get her prepared just in case of an outage from a storm. We aren’t Kansas but it has been a more frequent now than ever. I am from Alabama. Just keep this in mind. Also flashlights!
It doesn’t snow too much in Atlanta but it does happen! So definitely be prepared when they’re calling for it. Make sure you’ve got some winter gear. Don’t forget things for your car that you’ll need in the snow like an ice scraper.
As she is living alone it’s also good idea to get alarm sensors for windows can even be cheap alarm beeping ones that just alert her. For added protection
I’m so happy and excited for Ariana. She’s absolutely beautiful and have grown up to be a beautiful grown woman and very strong. I can’t wait to watch her moving vlogs and college vlogs. Sending love and happiness to y’all. ❤ and good luck for school, you got this.
I still write with paper and pen as well, I cannot do the lists on the phone. I also keep a paper calendar, haha! I have a family of 6 and it SO much easier for me to do paper and pen to keep track and make lists!
I also go to school in Atlanta and the film industry there is HUGE. There are so many movies that you can be extras in with minimal experience to network and make you’re way to the top!
For the medicine kit, I would also suggest adding Midol! You never know when that time of the month may be unbearable and ibuprofen/Tylenol can only do so much.
Wow seeing the drone view I was astounded by how massive Target is. I knew from seeing inside your shops that they were at least 2 to 3 times the size than what they are in my country but that view really put it into perspective. It was bigger than our malls here.
I didn't ask the questions that you answered, but was wondering about the same things. The reasons given for staying in ATL are valid. Especially acting opportunities. There have Ring doorbells that you can use with just a door mount for apartments. I love mine. I also have indoor cameras. A lot of the stuff should have been ordered on Amazon. It does snow in ATL, but not every year. It does get very cold and you will need a very heavy jacket. I don't know if you have a water cooler. May God bless you on your journey.
I went to Atlanta, Georgia for a layover on the way to Indiana when I were in the 5th grade during the spring-summer. Snow in Atlanta is not particularly rare, but it's not guaranteed every winter. Over the last 30 years, the city has averaged around 2.2 inches during the winter season. Bring any rain or snow gear since she may be caught in one while she is there. Also, be sure to have supplies like a generator and alarm/camera system so she can stay safe during a emergency or if something happens to here. Can’t wait for the next video!!! Love ya, crazy pieces.
I'm in college too. I also live in an apartment. Things you should also get for school and living in Atlanta: allergy meds, rain boots, rain coat, warm winter gear, heater, new cleaning supplies like vacuum cleaner, microfiber cloths and cleaning spray; a binder for all the important paperwork such as insurance, medical, renting and school papers; a little sewing kit for basic clothing repair, an electric kettle and some good kitchen knives. I hope this was of any help for anyone😊
That specific safe can be open using the default manufacturer code 1234 or using the emergency keys which you need to uncover the plastic piece between the knob and the keypad. It could also be opened using a strong magnet.
I mean, the crazy pieces could all move to the East Coast… We’d all welcome you!!! ❤😂 She’s gonna need y’all. Think how much she was home when she went to school nearby! ❤❤❤
Hello Crazy Pieces. I live in Marietta, Ga. about 20 minutes north of where Ariana is going to live. It does rain a lot, its snow, but not a lot, we do get ice too. It can get really cold in the winter. Wishing Ariana a great year in Atlanta. We love it here, we moved here from Southern California.
Wishing you all the best in collage in Atlanta Georgia Ariana have fun and stay safe there it's along ways away from your family you are an amazing girl go live your dream safely.
Tip - get at least one more umbrella. You need one to keep in the car and one to keep in the house. I imagine coming from AZ it’s going to feel like it rains a ton here!
I make lists in my notes section of my phone and I feel accomplished, because as I complete my tasks or add my item to the cart, I erase it, so that marks it off. Same difference with writing it down and crossing it off.
Did you know vicks vapour rub can be used for headaches too it works great.whenever I got a cold or flu mum rubbed it on my chest between shoulder blades and on the soles of my feet put socks on and I sweated it out in 2 days I was better
I am so happy for you Ariana- it is amazing how much you collect over the past year and not realizing what you already had. It does not hurt to take inventory. Good luck on your Move and have fun in school !
Crystal, I'm with you about writing things down on paper and being able to mark off when it is down. I pray that Ariana has a great school year and exeperience!
I personally would have just purchased the Target stuff at Target in Atlanta, just to do one trip lol but it was a nice video. I hope you do another video when you go shopping in Atlanta, also setting up the apartment!
I would invest in a small heater for fall and winter. It does snow in some areas, but not like up north snow. However, it does generally really cold here so I would invest in a good weather jacket. (I moved up from Jacksonville, FL) The weather will take getting used to. Last year was my first year experiencing winter here in Atlanta. It got down to -7 degrees feel like temp! 😱 But that was a rare event. My husband grew up here and says we do get into the twenties and teens though. I would also invest in rain gear because it rains a lot here in the summer. And get some flashlights because the power goes out depending where you live. I'm sorry for so much advice but I just survived my first full year here. I'm so excited for you Ariana! You will love Atlanta!
Jared hang in there! Stress can get the best of you speaking from my experiences! Have dealt with it my entire adult life! On medication for many years but now in my 50's I truly am thankful to God I am able to handle it without medication! But I never take that for granted because I know that at any given time it can be an issue!!!
A new video let’s go I was waiting for this one so glad that you posted this can’t wait to officially meet Arwen she is the missing piece to the family super excited for her adoption i am going to cry when she officially gets adopted by her forever family she is loved and her Personality is so sweet I get so excited for when you guys post been watching yall since the very beginning can’t wait for more videos so happy for Arianna going to miss her so much have a good school year and have fun please be safe
The snow in Atlanta is like 2 seconds and leaves no trace that it was there. It does rain a lot. Ariana, enjoy your college years and be safe. I live in the suburbs of Atlanta with one child in college and one in her last year of high school. Crystal, I know how hard it is when you send your kids off to college. ❤
It was good to see Ariana in this vlog, being vocal herself about her wishes, choices and decisions. It is totally understandable that the completed job transfer to Atlanta is an important aspect for her choice. She seems to be ready for this move! Thank you for sharing and updating. Wishing Ariana a happy trip to Mexico and good times with the family at home. Be safe and take good care 🥰
I live 4 hrs away from Atlanta so please be careful in Atlanta it’s a lot different then where you live! I would never go by myself to Atlanta ! Be careful! ❤ YESSSS IT SNOWS IN ATLANTA
I feel like Ariana's first college was based on her desire to have fun....I think this time around she is making a more mature decision based on what she wants to do for a career...She has really grown up in the last 6 months....Best of luck in Atlanta and may All your dreams come true....😊
I live in Washington State. We get a lot of rain. Most of the people just wear water repellant jackets with hoods. I do keep an umbrella in my car, but truthfully, I hardly ever use it. A jacket made out of Goretex is always good. They are a bit pricy, but in my opinion, well worth it. They don't get soaked like so many other type of jackets. You might want to get a liner jacket to wear under it, for warmth. Columbia makes some great liner jackets. The one with the little foil looking dots inside, really keep you warm. Not sure what the weather is like there in the winter. This is so excitng. I feel like I am sending one of my kids off to school!
One thing that would be fun when you move is people watching downtown. There is almost always a convention going on around the Major Hotels. In fact weekend of Labor Day is dragoncon. Best all around con in the US. Hate I am missing it this year.
Start fresh with laundry stuff when you get there instead of bringing what you have already if you bring what you have there with you it might spill all over your stuff and you don't want that to happen so it would be safer to buy it new would be so much easier.
Arianna yes it snows in Atlanta not much and not often Take rolls of quarters for vending machines sometimes you may need drinks and snacks on campus. Tyler Perry does movies and shows at his studio in Atlanta. Good luck
18:37 the ibuprofen she picked up is not just ibuprofen. It is a combo ibuprofen with Benadryl (ibuprofen PM)! Ariana might want to return that one and get regular ibuprofen alone. Don’t want her accidentally falling asleep. - concerned pharmacist and fan
I would have made a full list and then crossed off what you already had and then broke down that list to shopping in AZ vs shopping in GA. Just my opinion but I’m excited for you Ariana! I wish I had left my state for college sometimes lol but I couldn’t see myself leaving my oldest nephew and niece (they were 6 and 3 when I graduated high school)
Great that where you are working can transfer you to Atlanta, has this will be a great help. Keeping together your old college apartment things, and sorting through what you can and can not take, due to car space saves you having to buy new everything. Blessings.
Congrats Ariana and welcome to Georgia. No we do not have snow and I bet it is more wet here than it is in Arizona. Your guys family is so amazing. I love watching you guys. I hope you love college and please be safe
Also put together a concise seasonal wardrobe with only your very fav most versatile pieces of clothing. If you plan right you will have just as many options and less to manage.
I know you had snow in St Johns and know how to prepare for it, but It snows so infrequently in Atlanta that they don’t earmark municipal funds or equipment (snowplows) for clearing snow. That means everything shuts down with as little as one inch of snow and stays closed for a few days while they try to get it cleaned up so if there’s snow in the forecast, plan to stay put for a few days.
Pack stuff in the picnic basket, ectto save space on the trip. The safe batteries died. Just pop off the little gray cover and use the backup key to open it, and then you can change the batteries.
I recently just moved into my first apartment as a transfer student for UNI! My car was SO packed and I still managed to forget my toaster oven and a bunch of other stuff haha. Luckily my Mom will drive down with it for me. I'm 25 but just goes to show anyone can have new experiences!
Moving to Atlanta she probably needs Zyrtec for allergies! The weather and season allergies are going to be night and day difference for her and she may have to take Zyrtec daily! The pollen and allergens are sooooo bad on the east coast!
I agree with this living on the east coast and her immune system not going to be used to the grass & tree pollen since AZ is all desert. I recall even crystal one vlog where they visited somewhere on the east coast and she had watery eyes abs a runny nose alway keeps zytec or Allegra or Claritin handy
@@angelastenglein672I grew up in East Tennessee and allergies are terrible. I moved to Kentucky as an adult and it took me a couple years to adjust to the new pollens and grasses and I was already used to a similar area and environment!! They are rough here!! And she isn’t prepared for the humidity!!! No one can prepare for that!!
Have you seen the price in Atlanta for things you want to get as much as you have already before getting more. Plus the apartment she’s getting isn’t furnished so she has to do all that too. I’m from Georgia and I know Atlanta can be pretty expensive on things usually things in a city are though.
Covington ga has a bunch of movies filmed. We even have a movie studio that was just built. Our town square has seen tons filmed in the past few years. Vampire diaries show being the most notable. Dolly filmed a few and Rob zombie even filmed here. We have sooo many in my small town. I can show you guys around sometime !!!.
I'm really sorry to see some of the unkind comments here since your family is all about kindness. Wishing you every success along with happiness and of course well being as you travel away from home.
Once in a blue moon is there a snow storm in that state I was in Rome GA for 11 years and I didn't have to put on a hoodie and jeans until the end of December beginning of January it always did a very light snow but only once out of 11 years did it snow snow and everything was closed down but because your from Arizona you may want to get a nice winter coat gloves hat boots the works cause your a little lady not much meat on your body so you may get chilly way faster then me you may want to get a long rain coat because when the wind picks up when it rains you may become the new Mary Poppins lol
I’m excited for Ariana coming to Atl 😆 Just so she knows there’s a Target literally near the college and yes it snows here. It’s not bad tho it would be shocking if it was even an inch of snow But the icy roads can be a lil scary here so please be careful w those 😅 It does rain a lot and it can get very cold so I recommend thick jackets 😌 I’m manifesting good vibes for Ariana and future good roles for her. Atl does have many movie and tv show filming locations here so Ik she will find a role someday
It’s funny that Arianna wants to be where more social media influencers are when her parents are exactly that. I suppose she has an independent spirit…
Question about her medical supplies, did y'all think about a heating pad and a reusable ice pack for sore muscles and sprains oh, and an ace bandage (the ace bandage might be in the first aid kit).
YAY! Jamie got the butterfly kit I sent. It’s so much fun. I can’t wait to see how many butterflies there are. ❤
Leave all the cleaning supplies and get new ones when you get there. It will give you more room
I agree with that for all the consumables: food, toiletries, cleaners, school and office supplies, paper goods.
And the tools and first aid kit. Comforter, towels and other household items buy in Alanna. This way you have more room for your personal items.
@@mooshimaqueenbee3291 Atlanta
@@lethiapage4767Good advice! And only transport sealed and unopened items.
Crystal can you ask Aaron to film the installation of the Ring doorbell please? He's so good at explaining things where I don't feel talked down to, or that he's trying to sell me something, just gives an honest opinion. I'd like to install one too. Good luck Ariana!
Savannah is not a town it’s a pretty big city.

Clear tote for medicine kit!! They come in all sizes and easy to store anywhere .... under the bed, in a cabinet, on a closet shelf

I’m sure she has one, Aaron has been good about reminding the kids :)
so excited to watch her college journey! i used to go to scad atlanta and loved every minute of it! i know she’ll enjoy living out her purpose and passions.
You should set up a storm emergency kit also. Example, like candles, flashlights, extra batteries, food, preparedness, and things like that.
Crystal, I want to let you know please make sure Ariana has a small portable indoor generator just in case of Storms/tornadoes/left over tropical storms. Writing down on paper makes it easier to remember that’s for sure

For the medicine kit, I would also suggest adding Midol! You never know when that time of the month may be unbearable and ibuprofen/Tylenol can only do so much.
I’d recommend Methalatum Ointment! Good for chest and GREAT for lips!!
Maybe add some Imodium
This is also a good insight for someone who wants to move out of their parents place
Nobody really thinks of tools and medicine!
Wow seeing the drone view I was astounded by how massive Target is. I knew from seeing inside your shops that they were at least 2 to 3 times the size than what they are in my country but that view really put it into perspective. It was bigger than our malls here.
Wasp spray for beside bed...sprays ten feet, protection
Make sure she has flashlight just in case the lights go out during storm's and plenty of candles
Not from the us, just a question: is a power outage really a realistic thing?
I didn't ask the questions that you answered, but was wondering about the same things. The reasons given for staying in ATL are valid. Especially acting opportunities. There have Ring doorbells that you can use with just a door mount for apartments. I love mine. I also have indoor cameras.

Atlanta is also called "Little Hollywood" so if acting is her career that is the place to be.
yes there are many different studies here. Also a lot of Hollywooders come here to do movies then go back when they wrap up.
That was a great video.
My heart melted when Jamie said I’m really going to miss you , you will have to take Jamie over for a trip
It does snow in Atlanta but not much. Also in Walmart they have something called nausea pills. They are chewable and they really work
When it snows in Atlanta, everything shuts down. It may snow in the morning but it all melts by noon.

And she isn’t prepared for the humidity!!! No one can prepare for that!!
Benadryl stick, hydrocortisone cream and the "bug bite thing " for all the mosquitoes
Why not just buy all that stuff from TARGET over in Atlanta, so you don’t have to worry about dragging it with you?
@@chicamorena18 there is literally a target there though? not sure why you would resort to name calling on top of it.
@@a.s.9237 in my experience, people with little thought and small minds always resort to name calling. They can’t help it.
@@a.s.9237 that is a very good question. Why do people choose to be nasty for no apparent reason?
@@chicamorena18 name calling is unnecessary and shows lack of maturity
Dont for get in the heat of the night was filmed in Covington! I think Tyler perry going to build something in Atlanta too!!
I'm really sorry to see some of the unkind comments here since your family is all about kindness.
Wishing you every success along with happiness and of course well being as you travel away from home.
Just be careful at night. There is so much human trafficking going on .. Never go out at night alone! Stay safe and best of luck!!
A wonderful start to a new beginning!
I’m from ATL and no, it doesn’t really ever snow. Also, it’s a right of passage to have a light pink, grey, and white dorm room lol
So excited for Ariana and her new adventure!!
The color that target uses, redish, actually make you want to buy things. It was on the news years ago.
It does snow in Atlanta but not very often since my brother, sister-in-law and their 2 kids live near Atlanta and their daughter is going to SCAD.
Ariana is a go getter!! Keep going girl, i know youre going to be great 👏🙏🏽🤍
Marilyn is a perfect name!!!

Get a flashlight as well. You never know when bad weather will come through and may knock the power out.
There are ice storms although not often. I have a friend whose son is starting from MI. Enjoy and have fun!
Flashlights and a old fashion radio trust me good to have
I got a little choked up at the end of the video hearing Jamie say she was going to miss Ariana so much😢
It will snow in Atlanta. But only occasionally. I'm from Georgia. Good luck at your new school.
I’m excited for Ariana coming to Atl 😆
Just so she knows there’s a Target literally near the college and yes it snows here. It’s not bad tho it would be shocking if it was even an inch of snow
But the icy roads can be a lil scary here so please be careful w those 😅
It does rain a lot and it can get very cold so I recommend thick jackets 😌
I’m manifesting good vibes for Ariana and future good roles for her. Atl does have many movie and tv show filming locations here so Ik she will find a role someday
You can buy all that stuff in Atlanta…. And the taxes are probably less in atlanta
Writing helps you remember! 20:50. So I’m the same way for sure!
