This is a double CD with the Dutch band Beam. According to the booklet "these recordings were made during the studio rehearsals for the European tour." So chronologically, this one should be before "Shouting In The Storm." There's lots of studio talk, false starts, etc. on this CD.
"Breathe In, Breathe Out" was released twice some differences in artwork only. On the first version only 200 copies. "When You Sent Your Son" is another title for "Baby Out Wedlock."
