- 생크림이 들어가서 부드럽고 아몬드가 들어가서 고소한 생크림 무화과 스콘을 만들어봤어요. 티푸드로 최고인 무화과 스콘 한번 만들어 보세요^^
▶차가운 무염버터 사용하기
▶달걀과 생크림은 실온에서 찬기를 뻬주세요.
【재료】
박력분 250g
설탕 50g
무염버터 67g
소금 2g
달걀 1개
바닐라 익스트랙
생크림 70g
베이킹 파우더 5g
건무화과 75g
아몬드 20g
180℃ 예열 후 20분 굽기
【Ingredients】
250g Cake flour
50g Sugar
67g Unsalted butter
2g Salt
an Egg
70g Whipped cream
5g Baking powder
75g Dried figs
Almond 20g
Bake 180℃ / 20min
