This was... Magic! and truly an epic episode. I dare say its the best episode of the entire show. Just love how each voice combines perfectly from kadys and elliots amazing vocals to penny. And how Josh enters the song just after Q and Alice their voices fits so well together. And how the plots builds up to the song and what the song means for all of them like i said its... Magic!

Kadie was great but then we lose Julia who did a great job of her sections, and Josh was euphoric
And obviously Eliot was perfect
Everyone else is really quite subjective honestly but that's just how I feel
I said it before. This is the best season of the Magicians!!! I will probably watch this video every time it comes across my timeline.

I agree 100% as a straight married man there is something about Eliot that is just SUPER compelling. I think its the way Hale Appleman just owns the role and has such nuance in his performance.

Great season but sad how it ended. Great setup for season 4 though
yeap great one i think not sad at all even that thing get escaped the prison (if not, there will not be an 4th season ) the zeigarnik effect thing , but the key element for the 4th season is in place / like the thing the fary queen give fen / what julia could be after she loses her super magic or she didnt lose it / alice didnt lose her memory at the end / eliot possessed by the thing and what could it want quentin for / why the dean choses the library's side,how he know them / if just they made the season more longer like 20 episodes will be great
It was such and amazing season but towards the end Alice destroying the keys upset me as well as the dean becoming a trader. the dean handing magic to the library was a stupid idea cause they are limiting people usage, but I will say Julia and Margo had the best change at the end. Totally cant wait for season 4
Nerd Invade I think Quentin and Julia had the most change actually. I hope Timeline 40 Penny is the one to help Quentin in Season 4. He's still in the Underworld by choice, but it's possible for him to return and be the saviour he usually is, always helping everyone get out of head-high BS. I haven't read the books, so I have no idea what will happen

who else came here right after watching the episode? they killed it!
I have been really critical of some of the things that the show has done vs the books. However, something like this would never be possible in a book. I loved this. This was perfect for the group and reminded me of when they came and rescued Quinton from his boring "job" in the book. It reflected the fun that Lev writes into his works.

Eliot as the monster of the castle of the end of the world, the magic has returned, everyone has forgotten who it is, julia is no longer a goddess, well, it was only me who did not like the end of the third season?! I just hope that in the fourth season Julia will be a goddess again!

The episode in which Q and E grew old was kinda chill (sad, but still chill). I wouldn’t say that that one really showcased them dealing with a horrible threat. Sure, they did it to get a key, but that wasn’t really the main focus of the episode. At least not IMO 🤷♀️
