    I have erased my comments two times because I blaher about how much I love this family and the way they raised this young lady. I could embarrass myself pretty easily. The justifiable recipients of those pisitive comments deserve to hear them as well as the rest of the public needs to read them to give motivation to become that which is productive and commended online. Too much garbage is out there and we that understand the value of clean productive society need to speak without recrimination to affirm the righteous and productive way of life. Dribble affirmation to your hearts content brother and know that there are a lot of people that agree with you. Got a tip for you. I noticed when you get the sawdust you do it one shovel full at a time. To make it go faster, get you a few 5 gallon bucket, and use the shovel to fill the buckets up with the dust so you can carry more dust than just a shovel full. A bucket would hold at least 3 shovels full of dust. So if you have 2 buckets you could carry 6 shovels full of dust in the time it takes to carry one shovel full. You could also use a normal sized kitchen garbage can, which would hold more than a 5 gallon bucket.

    So this is the thing about 4x4 and a loader, on flat ground and with ballast in your rear tires your fine in 2 wheel drive. But on a hill, if you were to lift something heavy enough to lighten the rear tires traction you can start to roll forward or backward uncontrollably with no way to stop....unless you drop the bucket real quick. With 4x4 your front tires will keep control, preventing unexpected run away. I hope that helps, you Smokin' Hot Timber Kitten

    Always nice to have for trailering up to do off site lumber milling. For on site excluding the forklift nothing beats a tracked loader especially as noted here given rollaway risk from a granted far more easy to work on *"Regular Tractor."* for tight spaces and then ease of adding implements no way a tracked loader can be beat for working a tight spot of a lumber yard where vertical space and "high end loading"(so to speak) is such a premium activity. Kubota of course big there too but so is Caterpillar of course but also even Bobcat now which if you go wheeled loaders even does articulated. Definitely pays to shop around on those items too!
    Wait until you try out the new F150 Lightning and never have to worry about any ICE Platform nightmares for your pickup truck! Just looked at one on eBay in point of fact so yes they are available right now. A pure BEV log splitter, planker and planer cannot be far behind as such.
    Maybe one Year from now.
    Maybe even far far less from even that.

    The little "knoby" thing is called a suicide knob, years ago were legal on vehicles for road use. They were outlawed due to the risk involved from steering wheel spinning. Be careful when driving your tractor, I have seen them spin around and hitting near the wrist area, very painful 😢. You guys are doing great 👍.

Would have to park it for 10 to 20 minutes and do a regen 3 or 4 times a day. Waste of fuel to me although I was just an employee. Give me a JD 310 SG all day long ;)

    Nice video. Kubota is a very old Japanese company and makes high quality equipment. Like Hyundai in Korea they have high standards. They now own Great Plains farm equipment and Kverneland.
    The City of Winnipeg where I am in Canada uses them so it is not just John Deere who can corner or own a market for tractors. The city puts a lot of hours on them so they have to be good.

    "Suicide Ball". That's the knob on the steering wheel. At low speeds, like a tractor, they are fantastic and indispensable. At higher speeds, like on a car or truck, they turn too fast and will get you killed. That's why they are illegal in most, if not all states. They got the name for a reason.

    @joshk.6246 2 года назад +3

    So from your previous video im guessing the tractor you used to have was a hydro (maybe cvt?), Anyway, the one you have now has a more traditional transmission and that is why you need the clutch pedal for disengaging the engine power to the transmission. The brakes then used for full stop.
    A nice feature on most row crop style tractors is the split brakes.
    You make have used them before when making a tight turn or just to steer the thing in muddy or slick conditions.
    Does that have diff lock aling with bthe FWD?

    • @johnsadler8637
