This place has NEVER been treated with an abundance of precaution to begin with. The problem is people(most government employees & lobbyist) want things done fast and cheap. Not with the long term taken into account. Sustainable and long lasting results should always be priority when it comes to things like this. A shameful thing to see this is the 3rd time this has happened.

As a consultant I could come in there and design a fire system that does not react with anything , but that costs money .
