Around 5th time when he was belittled and underestimated right after literally saving the world I dropped this shit, its really exhausting, its still really good and I will probably get back to it eventually because everything leading to this point is great but I got tired of them constantly reminding me, hey this guy is an underdog you know, hey hey did you know that he is an underdog, right after they entered the tower and he didn't get selected I literally felt like oh my god not again didn't we go through this literally like 3 chapters with black hair professor, again I still highly recommend it but I personally am pausing reading it rn
this manga is so peak, did not regret reading. I'm glad its finally getting the recognition it needs. Hopefully they animate him against the vende-killer demon dude, that fight was so PEAK specially when I put the op soundtrack behind it. The stories, plots and everything else just reminded me of the good tv shows i watched when i was little. this manga/anime is like everything to me. Btw this manga is the same of author of Danmachi.

Welf has a love interest (but his First Arc was cut out) And because the Part where he gets the Girl, because he manages to impress her is in a sight Story From volume 15 it to will get cut Oh and plz give the danmachi Sword oratoria manga a Chance. The Anime was (again) too focused on Bell and isn’t really That well made in general(like Season 2). But the Manga is very beloved and worth your time. It's allot more serious than the main series, and some of the arca are a huge reason Why Danmachi is so awesome (it's harder and more grand quests cuz everyone is stronger Overall) And you are Not ment to like Lefiya until the later stages of the story; it's normal, but omori wanted one “main” (which should almost all be from Ais’s POV) character that could have a huge Arc outside the main story.
Not gonna lie, “strong person who triumphs in a world full of mages” is starting to get a little hackneyed. Gimme a story about a wizard who wants to become a frontline fighter, or something out of Greek Mythology where someone overcomes adversity with their great wit as well as might.

It’s interesting but knowing he’s a warrior, they put him in situations where he’d need a sword; then as soon as he gets it he’s OP. Like the exam with Edward; he knew he needed his sword but told him to do the exam without telling Will to bring his sword, only to immediately lose as Will gets his hands on his sword; which makes you question if will is too OP or is Edward weak for being the closest to a magia vander. Or like when he’s fighting the golems in episode 4. Basically, situations where he’s required to use a sword, he’s unable to because the school doesn’t allow it and keeps giving him a wand to wield knowing he can’t use magic. Also he doesn’t display any of his superhuman capabilities without a sword present so he’s always a laughing stock in front of the students, which is weird. His trope of being a non magic user is kinda lame if you’re just gonna make him look incompetent just because he’s not holding a sword or in a dungeon. Is it the sword, or is he the one that’s strong? If it’s the latter, then he should have been well known for his physical feats already. Unless he’s purposely acting incompetent in front of the students,m; then the question is to what end since it doesn’t seem like he needs to hide the fact that he’s insanely strong. Just a convenient excuse to make him surprise everyone later I guess.
I tried to read it, was not a fan of the mc. Currently reading I Reincarnated as the Little Sister of a Death Game Manga's Murder Mastermind and Failed and Maou to Yuusha no Tatakai no Ura de. Been loving these two
I’m going to be honest, the first 40 chapters were straight fire. And then I quit after that. I got tired of the repetitiveness of everyone belittling the MC, even after he saved all their asses.
