I call BS!!!
I have conducted over 6,000 interviews for television as a producer--many of them with law enforcement. This "chief" is clearly overwhelmed with events that he has no control over. He does not exhibit a confident, command of the situation and is being evasive about the events that did/didn't happen on his watch. What's funny is that he thinks he's fooling people/this interviewer but his body language, phrasing and constantly correcting himself gives it away. He's hiding the facts that will clearly come out in time.
I blame their parents for kids to get this bad smh!
Someone should look at his answers. Are they accurate and truthful?
He keeps blaming the public for not talking. That’s what he would do differently? Have people come forward more? Also, that’s a big city? Gilbert Arizona?
If Gilbert is so damn safe, you should've had plenty of resources and time to do something other than wait for a death! And no, you did sluff it off and looked the other way.
