Just a technicality which is not your fault but rather whoever originally titled this performance. By the very definition of "cover song," only the original artist and hitmaker of a song (Eric Carmen) can be covered, not someone who didn't even get around to recording her version until 22 years after the fact (Celine Dion)! It's simply a matter of credit where credit is due. Carmen wrote the lyrics, recorded the song and took it to the highest position it ever attained on the Billboard charts. He would have every right to be offended that someone else is getting the credit for the hard work he did to make this song a pop music masterpiece worthy of being covered. Several reactors have recognized the error in the title and have corrected it to appropriately acknowledge Eric Carmen as the artist being covered.
