I bought this because my lungs hurt and I feel I have shallow inhale. I am scared something will develop if I don't take necessary care. I bought a smartwatch almost 2 years ago and it has vo2 max estimate. When I bought it, it was over 50. Now it is nearly 40 and have been doing cardio a lot. Its like my lungs are getting worse instead of better even though I am in better shape physically. So now I will try lung exercises without cardio for a while.
I remember my booklet said do 2 - 3 sets of 10. 10 breath in and 10 breath outs. You would breath in/exhale as much as you can. After first set rest 10second and do it again. After 2 weeks you can bump up a level
Bought this and followed the washing tutorial. Mine still had water in it the next day letting it "air dry". Is there a better position than the one you show in the video to let it air dry?

Where shall we get the device an it's price
What if you still have air in your lungs at 2 to 3 seconds? Are you supposed to blow it all out within that time? Or go longer?

Yes me too. Not sure if I blow it all out which can take several seconds or just two seconds and start the next breath in.
Thanks
