I don't blame you I don't go as much in the summer it is just too hot. Kinlock falls is the most popular swimming spot and Caney creek falls is also a great spot to swim.
Awesome content I will be visiting Alabama soon from Hawaii I will be using your vids as a guide appreciate you taking the time new friend here with a big like 👍 😊
Awesome happy to help! I hope you enjoy your trip in Alabama! You probably won’t have service in Bankhead. Be sure to download offline maps it will help a ton because they don’t have signs telling you where anything is
@@Outdoor.pixelshaha I wish I had seen your comment earlier went up and found only kenlock but at least have something to look forward too trully appreciate this amazing video 😊 it is def a beuatiful place 😊
Not to be nit picky but Kinlock Shelter is a Rock Shelter not a cave a shelter is defined by the forest service as a bluff or depression in a bluff which you can stand in the entrance and see the back of the depression it is illegal to go in caves in Bankhead/Sipsey but not shelters. Other than that Kinlock Shelter is fascinating and there are many more even bigger in Bankhead.
Thank you for sharing.
No problem thanks for watching!
great content
Thanks Zach! I really appreciate it!
Can’t wait to visit this place in the fall. We are going to Bankhead tomorrow in July & we are trying to swim whenever we can 😅
