    I’m so impressed on how clean your equipment is. Showing your costumes if your equipment is kept in like new condition then they will love the final product.

    I work as a Paving Laborer for a company here in Maine called Northeast Paving it's that time of year here in the Northeast for Layoffs I've been laid off for the winter as our paving season here in Maine has come to a successful close due to the cold weather on our doorstep until Spring when I go back paving I just recently purchased 2 items from Raised On Blacktop Store 1 I'll display proudly on the Company crew cab I drive hauling a Leeboy Tack Buggy the other I'll wear proudly thanks Raised On Blacktop.

    Need to see more of the nitty gritty labor. Less overview movie style and more of a this is how we do it. I think that would grow the channel more. Victory outdoor is a good example.

    Bidding, planning, logistics, executing, job well done! You and your crew are craftsmen. As usual, craftsmen don't get recognized for their effort. Unless it's from other tradesmen.

    Could you explain what this cranks do on the screed? In my country we have screeds that are controlled only by the hydraulic towing points and the angle of "attack" of the screed that is set pre work depending from layer thickness. If I want the layer to go up i set towing point higher if to make it thinner i set towing point lower and it is hydraulic but reacts very slow to change thickness. What is this cranking doing and why? I work on dynapac sd2500c but other screeds I worked on where pretty much same.

    • @AmericanPavement
      @AmericanPavement  Год назад

      Same idea. On our big pavers we use the tow points as well. On the small pavers the tow points don’t have a long enough range. So primary you use the cranks. Crank left to go down. Right to go up.
