The very high note was Taeil again. Hope you react to more NCT. I really love the vocal line. Nct 127 songs are really unique. They all have their own swag. Not everyone gonna like it i guess. But if you like it then you LIKE it. I'm obsessed with their style. They're different and unique. Nobody's is doing it like them. NCT U makes songs mostly for everyone's music taste.

i always find funny that people are so mesmerized by tayeong sudden crazy dance in the rain at the end of the bridge that they miss the crazy high note taeil does and holds, hahah. nct(all units) has amazing vocalists(and rappers and dancers, which they're more known for). the one with the best technique and who usually does the longest high notes in 127 is taeil, the oldest, but they have 4 main vocalists: taeil, doyoung, jaehyun and haechan(the maknae)o nct 127 songs are usually more eletronic, hip hop and experimental, so you might hear some people call it ''noisy'' or needing to listen to a song a couple times to get used to it. i don't think that's bad, cuz they're bringing some new to the table and being risky. as for recommendations, lighter ones: highway to heaven, superhuman and touch. ballads: make your day and no longer. their typical sound: simon says and limitless. :)

NCT 127: has fixed members and is including 10 members of NCT. (Currently just 9 members are active in NCT 127. And since the 10th member, winwin, has debuted in the chinese unite "WayV", hasn't showed up in recent NCT 127 activities. There is no statement from SM saying WinWin has left the NCT 127 yet. So we still consider him as a member of this unite. NCT Dream: Which included the youngest members in NCT. It has 7 members. It wasn't a fixed unit before and the members would have get graduated when they become adults. But then they changed it to a fixed unite and graduating from NCT dream isn't a thing anymore. It's a fixed member unite now. 😃 WayV: is the chinese unite. They promote in china but they're a part of NCT and they live together in south korea. WayV is the only unite not having "nct" in their name and that's because of some problems between the two countries (china and korea). But they are from NCT. My faves are NCT U's "Without You", NCT 127's "Highway To Heaven" English version (that's the version that has an MV and it also flows better than the Korean version because the song was originally written in English), NCT 127's "Superhuman", and NCT 127's "Simon Says". The first three are definitely more on the vocal-heavy side and the last one is more of the "in your face" style but has a bridge that's really impressive vocally.

i am late, but i just wanted to say with 127 you are not going to get most of their title tracks on the first or even second listen but the tremendously grow on you after some time and they never get old, i feel like everyone should have this disclaimer before listening to127.

Nct as a whole has 23 members and it have 3 fixed sub unit which is *nct 127 it includes (mark and taeyong) *nct dream *and its Chinese sub unit WayV it includes (Ten and Lucas) *Nct U on the other hand this is a unit that is rotational, they can choose members on the different units to form as a group and release a song.

The reason there’s so many snares and noises in Gimme Gimme is because it’s a Moonshine track, Moonshine is a duo out of Sweden known for their “loud” or intricately layered sounding songs. Such as Naughty by Red Velvet Irene and Seulgi, RIDIN by NCT DREAM, Turn Back Time by WayV, Tiger Inside and One (Monster, Infinity) by SuperM Temptations by BoA and many more! (If you wanna check them out!) They always open with a audio saying “MoonShine” sometimes it’s hidden but if you listen close you can always hear it. They use it as an audio copyright of sorts, personally they are my favorite producers because they hide so many parts in their songs and even though they are “loud” they produce so many different variants.

You're right that Cherry Bomb is much better live. For one thing the choreography is amazing and the music video doesn't do it justice.

NCT U is not a fixed unit. It doesn't have specific members. Whenever NCT U is having a comeback it can be included of just 2 members or 10 and more. They just choose the members who fits the concept the most. Every single of NCT members can be in NCT U.
Fyi they have shared members. For example, mark is a NCT member and he is in both NCT dream and NCT 127. and haechan too. He is in both units.
In the end all the unites together, make NCT. Like the last MV they released at the late of 2020, resonance. It was a NCT comeback with the whole 23 members.

He’s also my bias at the moment, I mean if you’re an SM stan you’ll inderstand haha. I was actually expecting that you’ll notice him like this before I watch the video lol.
My faves are NCT U's "Without You", NCT 127's "Highway To Heaven" English version (that's the version that has an MV and it also flows better than the Korean version because the song was originally written in English), NCT 127's "Superhuman", and NCT 127's "Simon Says". The first three are definitely more on the vocal-heavy side and the last one is more of the "in your face" style but has a bridge that's really impressive vocally.
Cherry bomb is that kind of songs which will grow on you. And the dance practice (bomb version) is C R A Z Y.

you're right. It's intentional. That's why it's called "new thangs" . KICK IT was that song in 2020, it was being covered by a lot of Kpop idols and they also talked abt how fresh it is. It is also being listed as the song that describe Kpop in 2020, but ofc Kpop stans arent ready for the discussion especially when it comes to NCT. Haters called NCT as the group with "noise sound/construction site" music, but lmao I bet the musicality and vocals of NCT is far way ahead compared to their idols.

No one ever recommends this song but faded in my last song by nct u is a masterpiece-it’s from the resonance album and is an amazing b-side with great vocals so I would recommend!
Check out Superhuman! Stylistically different from their other title tracks, but It has funky SHINee/EXO vibes, vocals and lots of amazing musical moments

First of all I really like that you’re honest. These were all very hype song for sure, they do have amazing rappers and vocalists. They have a lot of r&b and. Ballads too if that’s more your style. Nct u from home is amazing(there’s a rearranged live version too) as for nct127 if you want to hear more vocals you could start trying touch, no longer, superhuman, highway to heaven and coming home.
