A year ago, I did the navena as you invited people to do. Since then, the Holy Spirit made me vegan, it then taught me how to look after my personal nutrition and then taught me how to cook. I have been going to a local Catholic Church and mass. I have been taking the Holy eucharist (we can't receive it on the tongue at the moment). I lost 30 kg in weight. I sleep much better and wake up feeling refreshed. I have been volunteering at the local food bank. I am being led to a zero waste lifestyle. All of this i have been led to by the Holy spirit. I know this because everything started as an idea while i was deep in pray.
